Ich suche eine Zwischenmiete für ca. 4 Monate ab dem 01.09., da ich ein Praktikum in Kanada machen werde. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Mein Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und hat eine große Fensterfront nach Süden, sodass es auch im Winter hell drinnen ist. Die Fenster haben aber innen Rollos zum abdunkeln. Von meinem Zimmer geht noch ein kleiner Stauraum ab (siehe versteckte Tür in der Ecke), der auch von Maditas Zimmer erreichbar ist. Hier ist genug Platz, sodass jeder seine Koffer, Sportequipment etc. Lagern kann. Von meinem Zimmer geht außerdem der Balkon ab, der an sonnigen Nachmittagen auch im Herbst zum Kaffeetrinken einlädt. Prinzipiell ist dieser von allen Mitbewohner*innen nutzbar, aber natürlich nur nach Absprache und nicht, wenn du dich gerade zurückziehen/schlafen möchtest.
Die WG liegt im 2. Stock eines alten Fachwerkhauses mit hohen Räumen. Wir haben eine wirklich große Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Siebträger Kaffeemaschine und allem was man so zum kochen braucht. Dort steht auch ein kleines Sofa, sodass sich der Raum bestens für gemütliche Abende eignet und zum Aufhalten einlädt. Wir haben ein Bad mit Badewanne. Vor dem Haus ist genug Platz für Fahrräder und es gehört auch ein eigener PKW-Parkplatz zur WG.
I am looking for someone to sublet my room for approx. 3 months from 1st of September, as I will be doing an internship in Canada. My room is 15 m² and has large south-facing windows, so that it is bright inside even in winter. The windows have blinds on the inside to darken the room. There is a small storage room off my room (see the hidden door in the corner), which is also accessible from Madita's room. There is enough space here for everyone to store their suitcases, sports equipment, etc. My room also has access to the balcony, which is great for drinking coffee on sunny afternoons, even in autumn. In principle, this can be used by all flatmates, but of course only by arrangement and not when you want to rest or sleep.
Our flat is on the 2nd floor of an old half-timbered house with high rooms. We have a really large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook. There is also a small sofa, so the room is perfect for cosy evenings and chatting in the kitchen. We have a bathroom with a bathtub and shower option. There is enough space for bicycles in front of the house and the flat also has its own car parking space.
Die WG liegt im unteren Ostviertel, sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Zum Gänseliesel läuft man maximal 10 Minuten. So kann man alle Vorteile der Innenstadt genießen und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage wohnen. Die Schillerwiesen und der Stadtwald sind gleichzeitig nur 10-15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch die Uni ist nicht weit: Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 5 Minuten zum Z-Campus und 15 Minuten zum Nordcampus. Eine Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung zum Bahnhof befindet sich nur 20 m entfernt. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Häuser weiter einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Bioladen. Supermärkte und Co sind auch nicht weit: In der Oststadt gibt es einen Edeka und einen Rewe und auch alle Geschäfte in der Innenstadt sind sehr gut zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in the lower Ostviertel, very close to the city center. The Gänseliesel is within a walking distance of 10 minutes. You can enjoy all the benefits of the city center and still live in a quiet location. The Schillerwiesen and nearby forest are also just 10-15 min away by foot. The university is also not far away: by bicycle it takes 5 minutes to the Z-Campus and 15 minutes to the Nordcampus. A bus stop with links to the train station is just 100 metres away. There is also a bakery and a small organic shop a few houses away. Supermarkets and shop are also not far: In the Ostviertel there is an Edeka and a Rewe and all the shops in the city center are very easy to reach.
Das Leben in unserer WG gestaltet sich sehr ungezwungen und unkompliziert. Weil sich unser Alltag so unterschiedlich gestaltet, ergeben sich die meisten gemeinsamen Aktivitäten sehr spontan. Die Küche bietet einen tollen Aufenthaltsort um gemeinsam zu Kochen, zu quatschen, für Spieleabende, oder als Startpunk für einen gemeinsamen Spaziergang. In der WG lebt zum Einzugsdatum Madita, sie ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert im Master Chemie und Französisch auf Lehramt. Sie überrascht die WG oft mit selbst gebackenen Keksen oder Muffins und ist bei jedem Gesellschaftsspieleabend gerne dabei.
Anfang September und Anfang Oktober ziehen bei uns außerdem Jaron (21, studiert Lehramt), und Martina (28, Forscht am Uniklinikum) ein.
Da wir in der Konstellation neu zusammenleben, kann man natürlich noch nicht sagen, wie es wird. Wir wünschen uns aber alle eine freundliche und offene Atmosphäre, quatschen in der Küche und die Einhaltung des Putzplans.
Life in our shared flat is very casual and uncomplicated. Because our everyday lives are so different, most of the activities we do together are very spontaneous. The kitchen is a great place to cook together, chat, play games or go for a walk together. Madita, who is 24 years old and is studying for a Master's degree in Chemistry and French to become a teacher, is definitely living in the shared flat at the time of moving in. She often surprises the flatmates with home-baked cookies or muffins and is always happy to join in a games evening.
In the beginning of September Jaron (21, studying to become a teacher) and from October onwards Martina (28, researcher at the University hospital) will join our flat. Since we haven't spent time in this constellation it's hard to predict what it will be like. However, we all agree that it should stay a social flat with nice encounters in the kitchen or activities together. Also, the cleaning schedule is important to us.
Ein Einzug ein paar Tage früher wäre auch möglich, und bis zum 31.12. auch.
Neben der Miete kommen monatlich noch 13,34€ für WLAN und GEZ dazu.
Rauchen ist in und um das Haus herum streng verboten, auch auf dem Balkon.
