Hallo Zusammen!
Wir suchen ab sofort einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere ruhige 3er-WG.
Dein Zimmer ist ca 19m² groß.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine große Küche, sowie ein helles Bad mit Fenster und eine Kellerparzelle zum Verstauen von Rädern usw. Weiterhin gibt es eine Waschküche für das ganze Haus im Keller welche wir mitbenutzen(eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden) und der Garten steht auch zur allgemeinen Verfügung, z.B. zum Grillen im Sommer.

We are looking for a new flatmate starting now.
Your room would be round about 19m². Our flat is on the ground floor and has a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with window and our own cellar room for storage. Next to that the house has a laundry room(we have our own washing machine though) in the cellar as well as a garden(great for BBQs) for general use.
Die WG liegt recht zentral an der Grenze zum Ostviertel. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Zentralcampus, Unisport und Klinikum in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die Norduni und das Stadtzentrum in etwa 10 - 15 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle (Nonnenstieg), Bäcker, Restaurants, die Mensa Italia und der Waldrand sind gleich um die Ecke.
The house is in a rather central spot. It takes 5 minutes by bike to reach central campus, uni-sport-center, UMG clinic and the next supermarket and 10 to 15 Minutes by bike to North Campus and City Center. The next bus stop to the city is just around the corner(Nonnenstieg).
Also there is a bakery and a restaurant around in 3 Minutes walking distance, as well as the Mensa Italia. If you like to do outdoor sports, the forest area starts 150m from our house(great for running).
Deine künftigen Mitbewohner wären Joana und Michel. Michel studiert Medizin im ersten Semester. Joana schreibt an ihrer Masterarbeit in Pferdewissenschaften und arbeitet nebenher.
Wir sind eine ruhige und harmonische WG, quatschen gerne mal bei Kaffee, Tee oder Bier in der Küche und legen viel Wert auf ein entspanntes Miteinander.
Wir wünschen uns einen freundlichen, nichtrauchenden Mitbewohner, der sich auch an Putzpläne halten kann ;)
Außerdem passt Joana ab und an auf den Hund ihrer Eltern auf (alle paar Monate mal für eine Woche). Also wäre es gut, wenn du keine Hundeallergie hast.
Your future housemates are Joana and Michel. Michel is currently studying medicine in his first semester and Joana writes on her Master Thesis in Equine Science and works part-time.
We are a rather quiet and relaxed people, loving to chat away in the kitchen with either, tea, coffee or beer and like to have a peaceful atmosphere.
We are looking for a friendly, non-smoking flatmate. Beeing able to keep up with the cleaning chores is a definite plus ;)
Wenn du interessiert bis, dann wäre es schön, wenn du dich kurz in einer Email vorstellen könntest und was du vom WG-Leben erwartest (Punkte, die dir wichtig sind oder Dinge, die du nicht tolerieren kannst). Hin und wieder kann es vorkommen, dass wir für eine Woche oder so auf einen Hund aufpassen also wäre eine Hundeallergie o.Ä. nicht von Vorteil.
Da Michel zur Zeit ein Pflegepraktikum absolviert und mit immungeschwächten Patienten zu tun hat wäre es uns aufgrund der aktuellen Lage lieb, wenn wir die WG-Castings über Skype veranstalten würden.
