Da ich aus der WG ausgezogen bin, suche ich per sofort eine(n) Nachmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist 20qm² gross, hat zwei Doppelfenster. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Zum Zimmer kommt Zugang zu 2 Badezimmern, 2 Küchen, zum Wohnzimmer, zum Keller und Garten. Wenn du Ideen für den Garten hast, kannst du dich aktiv an der Gestaltung beteiligen und beispielsweise Gemüse anbauen.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in Goldach. Die Migros und der Spar sind in einer Minute Gehdistanz. Der Bahnhof Goldach ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr gute Verbindungen nach St. Gallen und Rorschach.
Zum See benötigt man mit dem Velo 10 Minuten.
Deine Mitbewohner sind alle zwischen 17 und 26, zum Teil am Arbeiten, am Studieren oder in der Schule.
Alle sind sehr herzlich und wenn es die Zeit zulässt auch beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder sonstigen Aktivitäten dabei.
