Heyy, meine Mitbewohnerin ist für das kommende Semester im Erasmus, und deswegen suche ich einen lieben Menschen für unsere 2er-WG.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² und wird mit Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch und Regal vermietet. Da das Fenster nach Süden raus geht ist es den ganzen Tag schön hell und durch die Schiebetüren mit Milchglas kommt auch vom Wohnzimmer Licht rein. Um das Zimmer auch dunkel zu haben, gibt es Samtvorhänge die zugezogen werden können und gut abdunkeln. Als kleinen besonderen Blickfang gibt es eine schöne freigelegte Wand mit gemauertem Fachwerk.
Auch im Wohnzimmer gibt es die Fachwerkwand, außerdem einen gemütlichen Tisch an dem man morgens in der Sonne Frühstücken kann, eine Musikanlage die von allen Mitbewohnis benutzt werden kann und ein großes Sofa. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Beamer, der gerne für Filmabende genutzt wird.
Die Küche befindet sich quasi im Flur, ist aber trotzdem groß und hat genügend Arbeitsfläche, so dass auch zwei Leute gleichzeitig kochen können. Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem möglichen, was man zum Kochen braucht und es gibt genug Stauraum für Vorräte sowie einen Kühlschrank mit separatem Tiefkühler und wir haben sogar eine Spülmaschine. :)
Im Flur gibt es eine Garderobe und einen Besenschrank.
Das Bad ist schön groß, grün und hat ein Fenster. Es gibt eine Dusche und auch eine Waschmaschine, sowie ein kleines Regal, in dem man sein Zeug lagern kann.

Heyy, my roommate will be studying abroad for the coming semester and thus i am looking for a nice person for our shared flat of two.
The room is ca. 15m² and will be rented out including the bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and bookcase. The window of the room is facing south and has a lot of light throughout the day. The sliding doors with frosted glass allow more light to come in from the living room. To darken the room, there are velvet curtains that can be pulled shut. As a little special eyecatcher the room has a beautiful timber-frame brick wall.
The same wall is also visible in the living room, which has a cozy table perfect for a sunny breakfast at as well as a stereo, which can be used be everyone. The living room also has a big sofa and a small projector, which is being used for movie nights.
The kitchen is big, with enough counter space for two people to cook at the same time. It has everything you need and enough storage for pantry stuff, as well as a fridge-freezer combination and even a dishwasher. :)
The hallway has a coat rack and a storage closet.
The Bathroom is nice and large, green and has tall windows. It has a shower and a washing machine as well as a little shelf to put your stuff on.
Die WG liegt in der Langen Straße, also quasi am Puls der Stadt, direkt zwischen Rubenow- und Löffler-Campus.
Die nächstgelegene Busstation ist keine Minute entfernt, so dass man in knapp 20min z.B. in Eldena am Meer sein kann. Der Bahnhof ist in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar und der nächste Supermarkt im Prinzip direkt gegenüber. Auch alle anderen wichtigen Spots in Greifswald, wie der Hafen, sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zum Beitzplatz-Campus sind es ca. 10min mit dem Fahrrad, die anderen Campus sind quasi die Straße runter.

The flat is in the Lange Straße, the central shopping street in Greifswald, and is located directly between the Rubenow- and the Löffler campus.
The next bus station is less than a minute away and you can take a bus from there to the beach in 20min. The train station is a 10min walk away and the next supermarket is just on the other side of the street. All other important spots in Greifswald, like the harbour, are just a short walk away.
To the Beitzplatz campus its about 10min by bike, the other campuses are more or less down the street.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin wäre ich, Theo (24) und mache gerade meinen Master in Landscape Ecology and Nature Conservation. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich unternehmen viel zusammen, machen aber auch beide ein bisschen unser eigenes Ding, da wir oft sehr verschiedene Tagesabläufe haben. Zum Quatschen ist aber immer Zeit :)
Freunde würden mich so beschreiben:
Theo ist eine liebe Maus, die immer dafür sorgt, dass jede:r sich geborgen und gehört fühlt. Sie kann hippelig und schusselig sein, aber das macht sie zu einer ganz tollen Person! VORSICHT: GEPLAPPER wenn man über Vögel oder Seehunden spricht! Theo ist sehr gerne unterwegs, um zu „birden“ und macht ihre Runden entweder am Greifswalder Hafen, den Salzwiesen, am Bodden und gelegentlich auch mal im Moor 😉 Mit Theo stehen Kochabende, Filmabende oder mal einen Spieleabend mit Freunden (uns hehe) auf den Plan!

Your future roommate would be me, Theo (24). I am corrently doing my masters in Landscape Ecology and Nature Conservation. My current flatmate and I like to do a lot of things together, but also do our own thing, scince our schedules are quite different. For a little talk is always time though :)
Friends would describe me like this:
Theo is a lovely mouse, always making sure, everyone feels safe and understood. She can be hippy and scatty, though that makes her a really great person! CAREFUL: TALKATIVE when talking about birds or harbour seals! Theo enjoys being outside for some birdwatching and goes on walks at the harbour, the salt meadows or at the Bodden and from time to time even in the peatlands ;) With her cooking evenings, movie nights or sometimes a game night (with us hehe) are a given!
Das Zimmer ist zur Untermiete vom 01.04.2025 bis zum 31.08.2025 verfügbar, nach Absprachen eventuell auch schon ein bisschen früher oder ein bisschen länger. Es ist außerdem möglich ein Fahrrad mit zu mieten.
Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 441€ Mietkosten warm und 43€ für Strom und WLAN
