Ich starte am 1.3.25 meinen neuen Job an der Uni Greifswald und suche ein Zimmer mindestens 12m2. gern mit Balkon oder Garten und möbliert zum 15.2.25 spätestens 1.3.25.
Ich bin 58, 2er oder 3er WG wäre super ( nur Nichtraucher), ich habe WG Erfahrung, bin ruhig aber kommunikativ und offen, bin gern in der Natur. Am WE würde ich oft nach HH pendeln, um meine Wohnung aufzulösen. Koche gern, liebe Kunst und Kultur, fahre Rad.
