I'm subletting a fully furnished room for the month of March. The room is fully furnished with a table, chair, bed and a large wardrobe. The house has a well-equipped kitchen as well, with an oven. There's also a washing machine. Perfect if you are coming to Darmstadt and need a place temporarily to settle in.
The rent includes all the costs (heating, Wi-Fi, electricity, radio) etc.
The location is excellent. The tram stop is just in front of the building, and has regular connections to Darmstadt. You can easily reach Hochschule or TU Darmstadt in under 10 minutes. A large Rewe is just behind the building, and another Aldi is 1 minute walk away.
It's a 2 person shared apartment. My flatmate is living in the other room.
