In dieser gemütlichen Studenten WG, etwa 10 Km von Enschede entfernt, ist Zimmer 2e im OG. Nicht möbliert obwohl ein Kleiderschrank/Room divider im Zimmerist. Selbstverständlich kann das Zimmer abgeschlossen werden.
Grösse: 27 m2 Bodenfläche

Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (einschliesslich Geschirrspüler), 2 Badezimmern/WC's, Wohnzimmer, Hof/Terrasse für Grillparties oder einfach nur plaudern / sitzen / lesen, bringt das Haus alles was man so braucht. Selbstverständlich gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.Dein Fahrrad kann im Fahrradschuppen sichergestellt werden.

Die Miete ist 351,00€ warm, d.h. einschliesslich Kaltmiete, Gas, Wasser, Strom, Internet, Gemeinde Steuern, Versicherung für das Haus. Es wird eine Kaution von 351,00€ gefragt, die innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Auzug wieder zurückgegeben wird wenn Alles in Ordnung ist.

In a cosy 8 persons student only house in Gronau, approx. 10 km of Enschede, you will find this room 2e, on the first floor. Not furnished although a wardrobe/room divider are available. Of course you can lock your room off.

In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/showers/toilets, living room and a closed off garden/terrace to have your grillparties. Of course the house has a washing machine and a dryer. You can park your bicycle safely in the bicycle shed.

The rent is all-inclusive, e.g. rent, gas, water, electricity, municipal and council taxes, internet (100 mB), insurance for the house.There will be a deposit of € 351,00 which will be returned within 14 days after check-out, assuming everything is in order.

Alle Studente studieren in Enschede, entweder an der UT, Saxion oder ArTEZ. Sie kommen aus verschiedenen europäischen Ländern und daher ist die Sprache im Haus englisch.

Für mich als Vermieterin sind 2 Sachen sehr wichtig, nebst dass Sie die Miete rechtzeitig bezahlen:)
Das Erste ist dass man lieb zu den Nachbarn ist. Die finden es alle prima, dass wir ein Studentenhaus haben, dass so ab und zu Musik gemacht wird usw. Wir mögen unsere Nachbarn und wollen dass die auch uns mögen.
Das Zweite ist dass das Haus von den Studenten selber sauber gehalten wird; das heisst, dass ein Putzschema nicht nur aufgestellt wird aber dass auch danach gelebt wird. Eine halbe Stunde pro Student pro Woche ist genug um das Haus sauber und lebhaft zu halten.

For me as a landlady, 2 things matter most besides paying the rent on time:)
First: that you are kind and on good terms with the neighbours. They don't mind at all that they live next to a student house and that sometimes a group is gathering to play music etc. We love our neighbours and we want them to love us too.
Second: the house has to be kept clean and the students are responsible for that. So have a plan who does what and stick to the plan. If everybody is committing 30 minutes per week to cleaning the house, then it will be impeccable and pleasant to live in.
