Falls Du Interesse an der Gründung einer WG in Hagenberg hast, könnten
wir uns zusammen tun.
Zwei Optionen können es sein: Es darf eine Zweck-WG sein (Lernen,
Rücksicht, positiver Umgang und ein billiges Zimmer), oder eine WG, in
der wir im Alltag viel gemeinsam machen. Das ergibt sich schließlich von
selbst.
Im 10km Umfeld von Hagenberg gibt es teilweise Einfamilienhäuser mit
Garten (With great Gartenfläche comes great responsibility) oder einfach
Wohnungen mit mehreren Zimmer und angemessener Wohnfläche, die in der
Summe weniger kosten als Kleinwohnungen / Zimmer im Studentenheim.
Mein Ziel wäre eine WG, in der jeder mit einem Preis von 250-350€ pro
Monat auskommt.
(zzgl. Internet und andere Späße)
WG kann auch mit Studierenden und Berufstätigen gegründet werden, alles wird zusammen entschieden und kostenmäßig gerecht aufgeteilt.
Ich suche ein Zimmer zum Lernen & möchte im Studium fokussiert sein.
Wenn das auch dein Ziel ist und dein soziales Leben ohne
ständiges Partyfeiern und Saufen im Wohnzimmer auskommt, passen wir
bestimmt gut zusammen.
Mein Ziel ist der Einzug im September / Oktober 2022.

If you are interested in starting a flat share (WG) in Hagenberg, we could get together.
There are two options: It could be a WG for purpose (studying, respect, positive interaction while having a cheap room), or a flat share in which we do a lot together in everyday life. This will figure out by itself eventually.
In the surrounding areas of Hagenberg are plenty family houses with garden (with a great garden comes great responsibility) or apartments with several rooms and adequate living space, which cost less than small apartments / student rooms in total.
My goal would be a WG in which we get along with a price of 250-350€ per month each.
I am looking for a room to study and to focus. If that's your goal too and your social life doesn't involve constant partying and boozing in the living room, we'd fit together.
Moving-in in September / October 2022 would be best.
