Bedroom and common area:

The room is available immediately, as my roommate is about to start the next chapter of her life and will be moving in with her boyfriend. The room is approximately 17 square meters in size and has two large windows facing south/southeast. As you can see in the pictures, the room can accommodate a double bed (currently shown with a 160 x 200 cm mattress). It is very spacious and bright during the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a (just two years old) dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator. We also have a washing machine, which is located in the small storage room. Next to the kitchen, there is a nice shared living room with a dining table and a couch. The bathroom and toilet are separate—both rooms are small but modern.

The apartment comes with a relatively large basement storage unit, and there is also a bike garage attached to the house.

The room can be handed over either empty or partially furnished. Weiyun would like to sell her furniture for a compensation fee. You can discuss the details directly with her.

Zimmer, aka room:

Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, da meine Mitbewohnerin bald ihr nächstes Kapitel beginnt und zu ihrem Freund ziehen wird. Das Zimmer ist etwa 17qm groß und hat 2 große Fenster nach Süden/ Südosten. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, passt in das Zimmer ein Doppelbett(aktuell im Bild ist ein 160*200 Matraze). Es ist sehr geräumig und tagsüber hell.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einer (erst zwei Jahre alten) Spülmaschine, einem Ofen, einem Kochfeld, einem Kühlschrank. Eine Waschmaschine haben wir ebenfalls - sie steht in der kleinen Abstellkammer. Neben der Küche gibt es ein schönes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Couch. Badezimmer und Toilette sind getrennt - beide Räume sind klein, aber modern.

Für die Wohnung haben wir ein relativ großes Kellerabteil, und eine Fahrradgarage zum Haus gehört ebenfalls dazu.

Das Zimmer kann entweder leer oder teilweise möbliert übergeben werden. Weiyun würde gerne für ihre Möbel einen Abschlag geben. Details klärst du dann direkt mit ihr.

Location:

Despite the central location in Altona Altstadt, the apartment is situated in a quiet residential area. It's also just a short walk to public transportation: about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn stations Königstrasse/Altona, about 5 minutes to the bus stop Großeberg Strasse/Gerichtstrasse, and... best of all... Altona IKEA is about 5 minutes away

Lage:
Trotz der zentralen Lage in der Altona Altstadt befindet sich die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Es ist auch nur ein kurzer Fußweg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: zur S-Bahn Königstrasse/Altona etwa 10 Minuten, zur Bushaltestelle Großeberg Strasse/Gerichtstrasse etwa 5 Minuten und ... am besten von allem ... Altona IKEA etwa 5 Minuten.

In the "Miscellaneous" category under rent costs, electricity, water, internet, and GEZ are included. A credit report (Schufa (request now) ) and the last three pay slips might be requested by the landlord. You will also become one of the main tenants in the WG. Additionally, we need to sort out who will take over the other contracts, such as for the water, internet, as they are currently under Weiyun's name.

The transfer agreement cost covers the furniture acquired in September 2022 for the kitchen, living room, and hallway. We can also discuss a detailed list.

Schreib gerne ein paar Wörter über dich! Mir wäre es wichtig dass du auch mal schreiben, warum du in der WG passend würdest. :)

In Kategorie Mietkosten Sonstiges umfasst Storm, Wasser, Internet und GEZ. Eventuell wird ein Schufa (request now) sowie die letzen drei Gehaltsbescheinigung von dem Vermieter erwünscht. Du wirst auch einer der Hauptmieter in der WG sein. Außerdem klären wir noch wer die andere Verträge, z.B Wasser und Internet übernimmt, da die läuft bislang unter Weiyun.

In der Ablösevereinbarung steht für die in September 2022 angeschaffte Möbel in der Küche, in dem Wohnzimmer und in dem Flur. Detaillierte Angliederung können wir auch gerne klären.
