da ich zwei Monate zuhause in Peru bin, möchte ich mein sehr schönes & möbliertes Zimmer in einer 3er-WG für Dezember und Januar untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist rund 24m2 groß mit schönen hohen Decken (3,40m) und tollem Altbaustuck. Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster mit Oberlicht und dazu noch einen tollen Blick in unseren 50m2 Garten, dieser gehört der Wohnung. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert untervermietet, sodass man ganz easy einziehen und ausziehen kann. Die Möblierung besteht aus einem Hochbett + 140x200 Matratze, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Couchtisch, Stühlen, Lampen & Gardinen.
Die Wohnung ist 187 m2 groß und ist zweigeschossig. Das Haus ist Baujahr 1878, super zentral gelegen - 7 Minuten von Bf. Altona entfernt - und beherbergt super angenehme Nachbarn. Von Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Kühlschränke, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Staubsauger sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.

since I am at home in Peru for two months, I would like to sublet my very nice & furnished room in a shared apartment for December and January.
The room is about 24m2 with nice high ceilings (3,40m) and great old building stucco. The room has 2 large windows with natural light and a great view of our 50m2 garden, which belongs to the apartment. The room will be sublet fully furnished, so you can easily move in and out. The furniture consists of a bunk bed + 140x200 mattress, couch, closet, shelves, chest of drawers, desk, coffee table, chairs, lamps & curtains.
The apartment is 187 m2 and has two floors. The house was built in 1878, is super centrally located - 7 minutes from Altona station - and has super pleasant neighbors. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerators, kettle, toaster and vacuum cleaner are available in the apartment.
Altonaer Balkon, Schanze, Hafen, Einkaufen, Bahnhof und Ausgehen ist alles mega zu Fuß erreichbar/möglich ÖVP 5 min entfernt. Genaue Adresse verrate ich vorm persönlichen Kennenlernen. Dazu kann ich aber schon mal sagen das Haus ist 5 Meter von der Max-Brauer-Allee entfernt ;)

Altonaer Balkon, Schanze, harbor, shopping facilities, train station and going out are all within walking distance/possible public transport 5 min away. I will give you the exact address before we meet in person. But I can already say that the house is 5 meters away from Max-Brauer-Allee ;)
Ich würde mich speziell über verantwortungsbewusste Menschen, mit einem guten Gefühl für Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Ich suche nur Nichtraucher, sorry. Ansonten freut sich die WG über tolerante und liebe Menschen.

Die Miete beträgt 707,00€ im Monat. Dazu möchte ich noch eine Kaution i.H.v. 500€. Dies ist eine Sicherheit für mich, dass das Zimmer und die Gegenstände drinnen gut und verantwortungsvoll behandeln werden.
Untermietvertrag wird vorhanden sein, so haben alle Parteien eine Sicherheit. Anmeldung wird jedoch leider nicht möglich sein, da es sich um eine 2-monatige Untervermietung handelt. Einzugsdatum wäre ab dem 30.11.24 möglich - Auszugsdatum spätestens am 30.01.2025.
Du könntest dir also zwei Monate in einem tollen und zentralen Rückzugsort für den Winter vorstellen? Dann freuen ich mich auf deine Nachricht. Bitte schreib mir einen aussagekräftigen Text über dich, damit ich mir schon mal einen guten Eindruck über dich machen kann. Ich werde über dieses Wochenende die Nachrichten sammeln und im Laufe der kommenen Wochen mich persönlich melden.

The rent is €707.00 per month. I would also like a deposit of €500. This is a guarantee for me that the room and the items inside will be treated well and responsibly.
A subletting contract will be available so that all parties have security. However, registration will unfortunately not be possible as it is a 2-month sublet. Move-in date would be possible from 30.11.24 - move-out date no later than 30.01.2025.
So you could imagine two months in a great and central retreat for the winter? Then I look forward to hearing from you. Please write me a meaningful text about yourself so that I can get a good impression of you. I will collect the messages over the weekend and get back to you personally in the coming weeks.
