Ich werde in dem Zeitraum verreisen, daher suchen wir jemanden zur Zwischenmiete. Das Auszugsdatum ist noch nicht sicher, könnte auch ein paar Tage später sein.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, ausziehbarer Schlaf-Couch, Beamer und Leinwand. Es ist ca. 20qm groß, hat zwei große Fenster und eine Tür zum Balkon. Ansonsten gibt es eine helle Küche, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und einen Fahrradkeller.
Der Fahrstuhl ist groß, hält aber nur in jedem 2. Stockwerk und ist daher noch eine Treppe entfernt von der Wohnungstür.

I will be traveling during this period, so we are looking for someone for a temporary sublet. The move-out date is not fixed yet, could also be a few days later.
The room is furnished with a bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a projector, and a screen. It’s about 20 sqm in size, has two large windows, and a door to the balcony. Additionally, there is a bright kitchen, a small bathroom with a bathtub, and a bike storage room.
The elevator is spacious but only stops on every other floor, so there is still one flight of stairs to the apartment door.
Die Lage ist genau zwischen Kiez (12min zu Fuß) und Schanzenviertel (15min zu Fuß), und trotzdem komplett ruhig. Es ist ein Wohnviertel mit Schule und Kindergarten.
Die nächsten Bahnstationen sind Reeperbahn (12min zu Fuß) und Feldstraße (13min zu Fuß).
The location ist right in between Kiez (12 minute walk) and Schanzenviertel (15 minute walk), but anyways really quiet. It is a residential area with a school and a nursery.

Mit mir würdest du wenn dann nur für kurze Zeit zusammen wohnen, daher schreibe ich mehr zu Yanis, der etwa zeitgleich mit dir einziehen wird:
Yanis ist aus Frankreich, hat gerade sein Studium abgeschlossen und arbeitet nun in der Solarenergiebranche. Er ist offen, gesellig und verbringt gerne Zeit mit anderen – sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen oder entspannten Gesprächen. Gleichzeitig schätzt er aber auch seinen persönlichen Freiraum. In seiner Freizeit ist er viel in Bewegung und begeistert sich besonders für Fußball, Wandern und verschiedene Spiele wie Volleyball oder Spikeball im Park. Außerdem interessiert er sich sehr für neue Kulturen und Menschen. Yanis spricht Deutsch, fühlt sich aber auf Englisch noch sicherer.
Voraussetzungen wie Antifaschismus und Queer-Feminismus sollten gegeben sein. Und in der WG am besten auch Veganismus – siehe "Sonstiges".
With myself you would only be living for a short time if at all, so I will write more about Yanis, who will move in at about the same time as you:
Yanis is from France, just graduated and is now working in the solar energy industry. He is an open and sociable person who enjoys spending time with others – whether cooking, eating, or having good conversations. At the same time, he also values his personal space and alone time. In his free time, he loves being active, especially playing football, hiking, and engaging in various games like volleyball or spikeball in the park. He is also very interested in meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Yanis speaks German but feels more confident in English.
Values like antifascism and queer feminism are essential. Ideally, veganism is also a part of the WG lifestyle—see "Other."

Yanis ist nicht vegan, aber isst außer Eiern selten Tierprodukte.
