Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
Nicht-Raucher Wohnung ohne Tiere.
Das Zimmer ist zur Straße hin, die Fenster sind doppelt verglast.
Nebenkosten sind in der Miete von 850 € enthalten.

I am letting a partly furnished room as a temporary tenancy until the end of June. (Possible a different time frame can be agreed on). It is a bright room with two large windows and a glass door to the balcony.
In the room there is a television, a sofa bed, an armchair and a shelf.
The kitchen is fully equipped and in the bathroom (with bathtub) there is a washing machine.
Non-smoking flat without pets.
The room is facing the street, the windows are double glazed.
Utilities are included in the rent of €850.
Großartige zentrale Lage, mitten in Ottensen. Kinos, Konzertvenues und weitere Kultureinrichtungen wie Theater in der direkten Nachbarschaft.
In der Nähe ist ein Rewe-Supermarkt und ein Alnatura.
Die S-Bahn Ottensen ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Bahnhof Altona 15 min zu Fuß.
Auch der Altonaer Balkon ist schnell zu erreichen.

Great central location, in the centre of Ottensen - Hamburg nicest and arty neighbourhood. Cinemas, concert venues and other cultural facilities such as theatres in the immediate vicinity.
Nearby is a Rewe supermarket and an Alnatura.
The Ottensen S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away, Altona railway station is a 15-minute walk.
The Altonaer Balkon is also within easy reach.

Life in the flat is mostly laid back, but ideally there should be a friendly vibe with whoever stayes. Things are kept clean although we do normally have a cleaning plan.

Das Stadtteil bietet alles für ein Großstadteleben. Das Shoppingcenter Mercado hat eine große Anzahl an Geschäften. In der Nähe sind viele Sportvereine, Yoga und Fitnesscenter. Und das Kulturangebot ist auch sehr groß.
