Das Zimmer ist einem kleinem Park zugewandt und sehr leise - man kann also auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen oder arbeiten.
Das Zimmer ist knapp 13qm groß.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat 155qm, wobei über 100 davon gemeinsame Nutzfläche sind. Vom Flur/Wohnzimmer gehen alle WG-Zimmer ab, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind also die zentralen Einheiten der Wohnung.
Auch die Küche bietet alles, was dein Chefkoch-Herz höher schlagen lässt und diese wird auch täglich genutzt.
Soll es mal ruhig sein, bietet sich unsere große (ausziehbare) Couch an, auf der du entspannt einen Film oder Serie schauen kannst.
Es wird eine Ablöse von 650€ verlangt, darin sind u.a. Inbegriffen: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Möbel im Wohnzimmer, WiFi Verstärker und seit neustem 2 Hochbeete auf einem der Balkone, auf dem wir jetzt frisches Gemüse ernten können (Tomaten, Erbsen, Erdbeeren etc.).
The room is located right next to our living room and has a large window facing the sunny park side. You get sunlight from morning to midday. Room is 13qm.
The entire apartment is 155 sqm, with over 100 sqm of shared space. All the rooms branch off from the hallway/living room, making the living room and kitchen the central areas of the apartment. The kitchen has everything a chef's heart could desire and is used daily. When you want some peace, you can relax on our large (expandable) couch and watch a movie or series. We also have two balconies. One (sunny side) has a leather couch for relaxing evenings, and the other, larger balcony on the southeast side has two newly built raised beds where we now grow fresh vegetables (tomatoes, peas, strawberries, etc.). The entire apartment has underfloor heating, which is especially nice on cold winter days.
A transfer fee of €650 is required, which includes the washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, living room furniture, WiFi extender, and the two raised beds on one of the balconies.
Barmbek ist ein zentral gelegenes Viertel in Hamburg, das eine gute Mischung aus urbanem Leben und Grünflächen bietet. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend, sodass man schnell in der Innenstadt oder anderen Teilen Hamburgs ist. Die Nähe zur Alster und mehreren Parks macht das Viertel auch für Outdoor-Aktivitäten attraktiv.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 5 min vom Barmbeker Bahnhof entfernt in der Drosselstrasse. Vom Bahnhof fährt die U3, S1/S11 und mehr Busse als ich hier aufzählen könnte. Von hier seid ihr in 15 Minuten an der Schanze.
Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es einen Penny, Aldi und am Bahnhof Denns, Rewe und einiges mehr.
In der Fuhlsbütteler Strasse kann man sich immer etwas zu essen holen, auch tolle Cafés sind in Fussnähe (ich kann das Café Malinas empfehlen).
Ca. 15 min zu Fuß (5 mit dem Rad) ist der Stadtpark und das Hamburger Planetarium.
Barmbek is a centrally located neighborhood in Hamburg that offers a good mix of urban living and green spaces. There are many shopping options, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The public transport connections are excellent, making it easy to get to the city center or other parts of Hamburg quickly. The proximity to the Alster and several parks makes the area attractive for outdoor activities. The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from Barmbek station on Drosselstrasse. From the station, you can catch the U3, S1/S11, and numerous buses. From here, you can reach Schanze in 15 minutes. There’s a Penny and Aldi right across from the apartment, and a Denns, Rewe, and more at the station. You can always find something to eat on Fuhlsbütteler Strasse, and there are great cafes within walking distance (I recommend Café Malinas). The city park and Hamburg Planetarium are about a 15-minute walk (5 minutes by bike) away.
Die WG besteht aus:
Monika, arbeitet im sozialen Bereich, im Moment in einer Schule. Sie wohnt im größten Zimmer mit Bad, genießt gemeinsame Spieleabende, gutes vegetarsisches Essen und Trash TV.
Jannis macht gerade seine Ausbildung zum Grafikdesigner hier in Hamburg. Auch er ist bei den Spiele- / Kochabenden gerne dabei.
Und dann gibt es noch mich, Jonas. Ich studiere Medizin (inzwischen im Endspurt...), bin aktiver Kampfsportler, koche fast jeden Tag, bin also immer für gemeinsame Kochabende zu haben, werkel gerne, begeistere mich für Kunst und Musik und bin auch ein großer Filmliebhaber. Zwar haben wir keinen Fernseher, doch mein Beamer steht im Wohnzimmer und wird regelmäßig für Filmabende + Snacks genutzt.
Das Verhältnis in der WG ist freundschaftlich, wir kochen gerne zusammen oder unternehmen etwas, wenn es zeitlich bei uns passt.
Natürlich ist es auch wichtig, dass jeder mal seinen Freiraum bekommt, wenn er ihn braucht.

Moni likes good veggie food, trash tv and board games. Atm she‘s working in a special ed school.
Jannis is working in graphic design, is an avid taylor swift fan, likes trash tv, cooking.
And then there's me, Jonas. I’m studying medicine (now in the final stretch), am an active martial artist, cook almost every day (always up for communal cooking evenings), love DIY projects, and am passionate about art and music. I’m also a big movie lover. We don’t have a TV, but my projector is in the living room and regularly used for movie nights with snacks.
The atmosphere in the flatshare is friendly; we like to cook together or do activities when our schedules allow. Of course, it’s also important that everyone gets their personal space when needed.
