Ich möchte mein Zimmer gern für 3 Monate vermieten vom 1.4. - 1.7.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine sehr schöne große Wohnküche mit Balkon und Waschmaschine, sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Dein Zimmer ist ein großes Zimmer mit tollen Holzdielen. Außerdem gibt es einen Schreibtisch plus Stuhl und eventuell ein Bett.

I would like to rent out my room for 3 months from April 1st. - 1.7.
The apartment has a very nice, large kitchen-living room with a balcony and washing machine, as well as a small bathroom with a shower. Your room is a large room with great wooden floorboards. There is also a desk plus chair and possibly a bed.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auf der Fuhle in direkter Nähe. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Wohnung und die S-Bahn Station „Alte Wöhr“ ist in wenigen Gehminuten super zu erreichen. Rund um die Wohnung ist es sehr grün und es gibt viele Parkanlagen. Der Stadtpark ist ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen und in direkter Nähe befinden sich ein Kiosk und ein Eiscafe.
The apartment is well connected and there are many shopping opportunities on the Fuhle in the immediate vicinity. There is a bus stop directly opposite the apartment and the “Alte Wöhr” S-Bahn station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. It is very green around the apartment and there are many parks. The city park can also be reached on foot in a short time and there is a kiosk and an ice cream parlor in the immediate vicinity.
Ich suche übergangsweise eine nette Person, die gut auf meine Wohnung Acht gibt. Meine Mitbewohnerin, wohnt derzeit in dem anderen Zimmer.
