Ich suche eine Nachmieter*in für mein WG Zimmer in Eilbek (direkt an der Grenze zu Wandsbek).
Das Zimmer ist ca 20m^2 groß und das Fenster geht zu einem Innenhof aus. Die Miete beträgt 640 Euro mit allem drum und dran. Wir haben einen Geschirrspüler und unten im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine (kostet 1,5 Euro).
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der U Bahnhaltestelle und S Bahnhaltestelle Wandsbeker Chaussee. Fußläufig erreicht man Netto, Rewe, Edeka, dm, budni, Decathlon, Alnatura, einen Asia Shop und viele Restaurants/street food Läden. Am Eilbekkanal kann man schön spazieren (und theoretisch Joggen) :)
Wir sind eine 2er WG. Meine Mitbewohnerin Anna studiert Kunst im Master an der HFBK. Wenn wir uns in der Küche treffen, quatschen wir gerne oder trinken ein Glas Wein oder Tee zusammen.

I am looking for a person to rent my room in Eilbek (right next to the area Wandsbek). The room is 20sqm big and the window is facing a little backyard. We have a dishwasher and a laundry mashine in the basement (it costs 1,5 Euro). The flat is next to the U- and S-Bahn-stop Wandsbeker Chaussee. Within in a couple of minutes walking you can reach Netto, Rewe, Edeka, dm,, budni Decathlon, Alnatura, an Aisa Job and many different Restaurants and Street Food Shops. If you like to go for walks or run I can recommend the Eilbekkanal.
You will live my roommate Anna who is doing her Master in Arts at the HFBK. When we meet in the ktichen we talk and drink a glas of wine or tea together. She lived in America for 1,5 years so she is fluent in English.
