Die Wohnung ist wirklich eine Perle, ich bin selbst erst Mitte Juli eingezogen und kann mein Glück noch nicht fassen. Sie liegt unmittelbar an der Ubahn Osterstraße, inmitten des wunderschönen lebendigen Stadtteils Eimsbüttel, und doch ist man hier durch die Hinterhof-Lage weg vom Trubel der Stadt. Im eigenen Garten hört man den Kindergarten nebenan, Vogelgezwitscher und den Wind in den Bäumen. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft, Edeka, Penny und Aldi, Drogerien, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants, alles in 2min erreichbar.

The apartment really is a gem, I just moved in mid July and can't believe my luck yet. It's right next to the Osterstraße underground station, in the middle of the beautiful, lively district of Eimsbüttel, and yet the backyard location means you're away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our garden, you can hear the kindergarten next door, birds twittering and the wind in the trees. Everything your heart desires is right in the neighbourhood, Edeka, Penny and Aldi, drugstores, bakeries, bars, and restaurants, all within 2 minutes.

Mir ist wichtig, dass du dich hier zu Hause und wohl fühlen kannst. Für einen ersten Eindruck deshalb noch ein paar Worte zu mir und was ich mag:
- Ich finde es schön, wenn wir uns morgens auf einen Kaffee oder abends auf ein Gläschen im Garten treffen, schätze ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander und offene Kommunikation. Ich habe die letzten Jahre in tollen WGs gelebt, falls sich ein engeres WG Leben entwickelt, fände ich das auch schön, muss aber nicht.
- Kuchen. Absolut unterschätzt was ein Kuchen so alles kann. Meine Mama hatte ein Café, das liegt mir quasi im Blut. Und ich kenne die besten Rezepte
- Empathie und Rücksicht: Menschen, die immer gut drauf sind, sind mir ein Rätsel. Ich mag es authentisch, und finde es schön, wenn wir uns auch zeigen können, wenn es mal nicht so läuft. Und ehrlich mit uns und den andern sind. Und dann auch Rücksicht nehmen auf die Bedürfnisse des anderen.
- Wenn Ordnung & Sauberkeit nicht zum Thema werden muss, weil es auch so klappt.
- Mal zusammen tief ins Weinglas schauen und über die großen und kleinen Dinge des Lebens sinnieren, im Park liegen, bin außerdem guter auf-dem-Sofa-Gammel-Partner, Eckkneipen-Gänger, mag es aber auch, Zeit für mich zu haben und ziehe mich auch mal zurück. Und bin immer gut in Kreativideen-planen :)
- Hunde: Habe öfter einen Hund auch längere Zeit bei mir (quasi geteiltes Sorgerecht). Eine ältere Dame aus dem Tierschutz, sehr ruhig und zurückhaltend.
- Natur: Bin gern im Grünen und freue mich riesig über den Garten!

Ich arbeite im Personalbereich in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, und bin 3 Tage in der Woche im Home Office.

Des Öfteren wohnt eine Hündin (Sani) aus dem Tierschutz bei mir. Sie ist alt und introvertiert und sehr ruhig. Falls du ein Haustier hast, das unauffällig ist und sich mit meinem versteht, wäre das nach Vereinbarung möglich. Ein öfter bellender Hund geht leider nicht, das würde die Hausgemeinschaft und Vermieter gegen uns aufbringen.

Mal die eine oder andere Gelegenheitszigarette im Garten ist ok, bitte keine Viel-Raucher.

- I like it when we meet for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the garden in the evening whenever our schedules allow, and I appreciate considerate interaction and open communication. - Dogs: I often have a dog with me for longer periods of time (shared custody, so to speak). An older lady from an animal shelter, very quiet and reserved.
- Nature: I like being in nature and am very happy about the garden!


I work in human resources in development cooperation, and am working from home 3 days a week.

I frequently have a dog (Sani) from animal welfare living with me. She is old and introverted and very quiet. In general, it would be possible to bring your pet if it is quiet and gets along with Sani. Unfortunately, we can't have a dog that barks a lot, as that would turn the neighbours and landlord against us.

An occasional cigarette in the garden is ok, please no heavy smokers.
