In der Wohnung ist ein bei Bedarf minimal möbliertes Zimmer mit 15 m2 und modernem Parkett frei. Das Fenster geht raus Richtung Hinterhof und man blickt auf ein paar Bäume und es ist leise. Am Vormittag hört man manchmal in den Pausen der Grundschule die Kinder spielen.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche mit Balkon und zwei Vollbäder. Es gibt noch drei weitere Zimmer.
In einem (ziemlich großen) Zimmer mit Balkon wohnt Lina, sodass sie sonst wenig Platz in der Wohnung brauche.
Und in einem Zimmer wohnt Robin. Robin ist häufig nicht in Hamburg und macht gerne Musik.
Dann gibt es noch ein Zimmer mit 11m2 mit Dachfenster Richtung Straße. Dort haben wir unsere Kleiderschränke.

There is a minimal furnished room with 15 m2 and modern parquet flooring available in the apartment. The window faces the backyard and there are a few trees, so it's very quiet. In the mornings you can sometimes hear the children playing during the elementary school breaks.
The apartment has a small kitchen with a balcony and two full bathrooms. There are three more rooms.
Lina lives in one (quite large) room with a balcony, so she doesn't need much space in the apartment otherwise.
And in the second one lives Robin. He is often not around an daorning outside of Hamburg. When he is there he likes to play music.
Then there is another room of 11m2 with a skylight facing the street. Here we store our wardrobes .
Die Wohnung liegt an einer großen Straße, aber die Balkone und die meisten Fenster gehen Richtung Hinterhof. Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber von der U-Bahnstation Schlump und von hier aus kommt man überall gut hin. Es fahren zwei U-Bahn-Linien (U2 und U3) und diverse Busse.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist der Schanzenpark: Hier kann man entweder entspannt auf der Wiese sitzen oder läuft hindurch und ist in fünf Minuten im Schanzenviertel.
Supermärkte wie Rewe, Denns und Penny sind auch fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Und die Straße runter ist das Kaifu-Schwimmbad.
The house is next to a big street but most windows are facing the quiet backyard. Perfectly situated across the road from Schlump Underground Station and stops for BUS 4 and 15. Schanzenpark is also literally across the road and right in the Schanzenviertel area so you are in a sweet spot that connects you to all the bars, supermarkets, food joints etc. And down the road is the public swimming pool Kaifu :)

Lina wohnt seit vielen Jahren in diese Wohnung und hat schon diverse Mitbewohner:innen erlebt, Robin wohnt hier seit einem halben Jahr. Am Anfang waren wir mal zu viert, aber inzwischen ist es einfach gemütlicher mit weniger Menschen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Möbeln etc.
Lina kommt aus Norddeutschland und ist gerne in der Natur und mache Triathlon beim FC St. Pauli. Über Politik und Soziale Themen kann sie sich stundenlang unterhalten…
Sie arbeitet als Lehrerin. Also ist sie vormittags eigentlich nie zu Hause, aber freut sich über ein freundschaftliches Miteinanderwohnen.
Robin kommt auch aus Norddeutschland und macht gerne Musik. Er hat eine Band, mit der er höufig im Proberaum ist. Aktuell ist er von montags bis donnerstags außerhalb von Hamburg und arbeitet im Gartenbau.
Gemeinsames Kochen, ein Wein auf dem Balkon oder ein Spaziergang in der Schanze - frag uns gern!
Manchmal sind Freunde hier, manchmal Linas Freund. Auch deine Freunde und Partner:innen sind immer willkommen!
Lina has lived in this apartment for many years and has had various flatmates, Robin has lived here for six months. In the beginning there were four of us, but now it's just more comfortable with fewer people. The apartment is fully equipped with furniture etc.
Lina comes from northern Germany and enjoys being outdoors and doing triathlons with FC St. Pauli. She can talk for hours about politics and social issues...
She works as a teacher. So she's never actually at home in the mornings, but is happy to live together in a friendly atmosphere.
Robin is also from northern Germany and likes making music. He has a band that he often rehearses with. He is currently away from Hamburg from Monday to Thursday and works in horticulture.
Cooking together, a glass of wine on the balcony or a walk in the Schanze - just ask us!
Sometimes friends are here, sometimes Lina's boyfriend. Your friends and partners are always welcome too!
