kurz in Deutsch: Mein Name ist Philip und ich verbringe den Großteil des Oktobers in Italien, weshalb ich hier mein schönes Zimmer zur Untermiete anbieten möchte. Es ist sehr zentral, hell und ich finde, auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Falls Dir im Englischen Text etwas nicht klar sein sollte, dann frage mich gerne! Liebe Grüße Philip

PS: Meine liebe Mitbewohnerin, Katha, bat mich nochmal zu erwähnen, dass sie berufstätig ist und deshalb werktags natürlich auch ab ca. 22 Uhr Abendruhe braucht und generell ein achtsames Miteinander möchte.

I am Philip and I want to offer my room for someone for 2-4 weeks. I will leave Hamburg going to Italy working and learning on an ecological farm in the beginnning of October, so that you will be left with my nice flatmate Katharina. She is also the main renter of the flat but very kind and nice.
The flat has everything what you will probably need to live; washing machine, dish washer, shower etc. Star of it is probably to sit on the small balcony watching the sunset.

My or then your room is well equipped I think. I do have a new bed, a big desk with a nice view down the street (good for watching people or the trees :D) a sleeping couch and a tall wardrope which I will empty for enough space for your own things.

I would like to see a nice written application for that I will answer.
If it works you can come and see the place and your future flatmate Katharina.

PS: It would be very nice if you could take care of my plants. If so we can go down the rent by 50 Euro.

Location is really good. It is between Sternschanze, Alster, Isemarkt and University of Hamburg.
You will find fast bus stops close by and the best ice of hamburg around the corner.
It is a good starting point to visit for accomodations if you come from somewhere else for example to study.

You will live together with Katharina which is my flatemate and you will visit so that you both can create an image of each other. She is a kind and clean person; qualities I will search for in the applications because I want to have a nice stay for both of you. Most of the time she works or travels so that you could easily have the flat on your own if you are lucky.

However there is a cleaning plan so that one time in month you would clean the bath and the ground and the kitchen. Most of the time we just share the tasks by simple doing it if it is needed and cleaning the kitchen after cooking so that the next has a clean place to cook.

Ah yes!
We do share a common garden which is green and nice to sit in for relxation :)
