Ich biete eine sehr geräumige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon in einen ruhigen Innenhof! :) Badewanne & Einbauküche gibt es beides. Zur Außenalster kommst du in 10min zu Fuß und zum HBF nur 7min (U3-Station Uhlandstraße).
Falls dich die große Straße ein bisschen abschreckt, die Fenster sind dreifach verglast und ich verspreche dir, man hört fast nichts.
Tierhaltung erlaubt (wir hatten mal eine Katze, andere Tiere sicher auch).
Nur eine Waschmaschine ist nicht mit dabei, aber Geschirrspüler & Kühlschlank sind in der Einbauküche mit vorhanden, einen Keller bekommt ihr auch noch dazu.
Ich habe noch kein neues Foto mit dem Bett, aber ein tolles Boxspringbett wird dir im Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen, wenn du es möchtest.
Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass ihr euch bei uns nicht offiziell übers Einwohneramt melden lassen könnt für diese Zwischenmiete. Wenn das kein Problem für euch ist, freue ich mich auf eure Nachricht! ☀️
