Wir, Marlene und Kilian, suchen für unsere wunderschöne Wohnung ein oder zwei Mitbewohner/innen ab Ende Oktober.
Die Wohnung hat 240 qm und liegt fußläufig zur Elbe mitten in Ottensen. Die Zimmer sind jeweils 25 bzw 30 qm groß und sind jeweils durch eine Schiebetüren verbunden. Es handelt sich allerdings um keine Durchgangszimmer: Jeder Raum kann individuell genutzt werden!
Falls Du dich entscheidest, drei Zimmer zu nehmen, hättest Du ein Bad allein, sodass wir uns nur die Küche teilen.
Wir würden uns sehr über weltoffene, nette und interessante Mitbewohner freuen, die entweder zwei drei oder vier Zimmer mieten würden. Ein Zimmer kostet 750 Euro warm und mit Internet. Wenn du möchtest, gibt es die Möglichkeit die Räume teilmöbliert zu mieten.
Damit wir schauen können, wie das Zusammenleben gemeinsam funktioniert, würden wir die Zimmer vorerst befristet, mit Option auf Verlängerung vermieten.
Marlene arbeitet als Ärztin, Kilian ist Psychologe und befindet sich derzeit in Ausbildung zum Psychotherapeuten. Wir sind beruflich ziemlich eingespannt und freuen uns sehr über unsere verbleibende Freizeit, die wir ganz unterschiedlich gestalten. Wir sind zwar nicht so viel zuhause, aber dennoch ist uns ein gutes und persönliches Miteinander sehr wichtig.

Starting at the end of October, we, Marlene and Kilian, are looking for one or two flatmates for our beautiful apartment.
The apartment has 240 sqm and is located in the heart of Ottensen, just a short walk from the Elbe. The rooms, which are 25 and 30 sqm, are all located next to each other. There are large, wide sliding doors that can be opened to connect the rooms if desired. However, if you'd prefer, you can also keep the rooms separate. If you want to, we can rent the rooms partially furnished.
There comes a bath with the three free rooms. So the kitchen is the only shared room.
We’d love to share our space with open-minded, friendly, and interesting people who might want to rent two, three, or even four rooms. One room costs 750 euros, including utilities and internet.
To make sure we’re a good fit as flatmates, we would initially rent the rooms for a limited period, with the option to extend later.
Marlene is a doctor, and Kilian is a psychologist in training to become a psychotherapist. We’re both pretty busy with work, but we really value our free time, which we spend in various ways. Even though we aren’t home a lot, having a good, personal connection with our flatmates is very important to us.
