Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim für einen Monat. Sie teilen sich die WG mit drei anderen Personen. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Einfaches, helles Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Einzelbett, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Bücherregal ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist recht modern und es gibt zwei Bäder.
I'm renting out my room in a student dorm for one month. You will share the WG with three other people. Registration is not possible.
Simple, bright room with a nice view. Room is furnished with a single bed, a large desk, and a huge wardrobe and bookcase.
The kitchen is reasonably modern, and there are two bathrooms.
Die WG liegt zwischen den Bahnhöfen Berliner Tor und Lohmühlenstraße, so dass Sie eine gute Anbindung an die ganze Stadt haben. Zum Hauptbahnhof ist es nur eine Station. In St. Georg gibt es eine Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants und die Alster ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The WG is located between Berliner Tor and Lohmühlenstraße stations, so you have great connections to all of the city. It's only one stop to the central station. There's also a large number of bars and restaurants in St Georg and the Alster is a 10 minute walk away.
Die WG ist ruhig und sauber. Wir bleiben meistens unter uns, aber manchmal unterhalten wir uns bei einem Kaffee in der Küche.
The WG is quiet and clean. We mostly keep to ourselves, but we sometimes chat over coffee in the kitchen.
Das Gebäude hat auch einige Einrichtungen im Keller, wie Fahrradabstellplätze, einen Fitnessraum, einen Musikraum und eine Werkstatt. Im Gemeinschaftsraum finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen statt, bei denen man andere Bewohner kennenlernen kann.
The building also has some facilities in the basement, such as bike parking, a gym, a music room, and a workshop. There are regular events in the common room where you can meet other residents.
