Das Haus liegt im beliebten Bezirk "Eimsbüttel".
Es hat einen schönen Garten mit großen, alten Bäumen - im Sommer perfekt zum Sonnetanken oder Grillen. : )
Der "Amsinck-Park" und das Wald- und Erholungsgebiet "Niendorfer Gehege" sind gleich um die Ecke - ideal zum Joggen.
Und für Wassersport-Liebhaber: Am "Eppendorfer Mühlenteich", der direkt in die "Alster" mündet, ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten.
Trotz der schönen Lage im Grünen ist die Verkehrsanbindung hervorragend:
Ein paar Häuser weiter ist die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "HAGENDEEL".
Von dort ist man in 12 Minuten am "Schlump"/Uni und in 17 Minuten am "Jungfernstieg"/Rathaus.
Und wer Lust auf Szene-Kneipen, Cafés, angesagte Bars und Restaurants hat oder richtig schön shoppen gehen möchte, fährt 2-3 Stationen und ist dann im quirligen Teil von Eimsbüttel rund um die Stationen "Lutherothstraße" und "Osterstraße".

The house is located in the popular "Eimsbüttel" district.
It has a lovely garden with large mature trees - in summer perfect for taking a sun bath or a BBQ when the weather is nice.
The "Amsinck-Park" and the forest and recreation area "Niendorfer Gehege" are just around the corner - ideal for jogging.
And for water sports lovers: The "Eppendorfer Mühlenteich", which flows directly into the "Alster", is a 10-minute bike ride away.
Despite the beautiful location, the transport connections are excellent:
A few houses further is the underground station "HAGENDEEL".
From there it takes 12 minutes to get to "Schlump"/Uni and 17 minutes to "Jungfernstieg"/town hall.
And if you're in the mood for trendy pubs, cafés, hip bars and restaurants, or if you want to go really nice shopping, drive 2-3 stations and then you're in the lively part of Eimsbüttel around the "Lutherothstraße" and "Osterstraße" stations.

Ich bin Musikerin/Musikpädagogin und unterrichte Kinder und Erwachsene an einer Musikschule. Ich liebe Musik. Wenn ich abends müde von der Musikschule nach Hause komme, freue ich mich jedoch, wenn sich meine Ohren ein bisschen erholen dürfen... : )
Weronika (Studium Kulturmanagement), Fenja (arbeitet mit benachteiligten Kindern), Ferdinand (Ausbildung bei Siemens im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit/Off-shore-Windkraftanlagen) und ich leben unser WG-Leben wie es gerade kommt; mal sitzt man im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer ein wenig zusammen oder unterhält sich ein bisschen beim Kochen in der Küche, mal geht jeder seinen eigenen Dingen nach - wie es sich gerade so ergibt.
Die Miete ist "all inclusive", auch WLAN ist inbegriffen.
