Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, da die U1 Lattenkamp 5 min entfernt ist. Des Weiteren gibt es diverse Bushaltestellen und auch eine sehr gute Anbindung zum Flughafen.

Ebenfalls fußläufig (10 min) ist der große Stadtpark und man ist schnell im Grünen. Es ist zwar eher eine ruhigere Gegend, aber es gibt einige kleine Cafés und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rundherum. Der Winterhuder Marktplatz ist weniger als 1 Km entfernt.

Very good transport connections, as the U1 Lattenkamp underground line is 5 minutes away. There are also various bus stops and very good connections to the airport.

The large city park is also within walking distance (10 min) and you are quickly in the countryside. Although it is a quieter area, there are several small cafés and restaurants and shopping facilities in the neighbourhood and the Winterhude market square is less than 1 km away.

Bisher habe ich alleine in dieser Wohnung gelebt, doch ich ändere gerade alles gewohnte in meinem Leben um und so möchte ich nun das 2. Zimmer vermieten und würde mich sehr darüber freuen, diesen schönen Wohnraum mit jemandem zu teilen.
Am liebsten erstmal für 3-6 Monate, da ich für mich gerade nicht länger plane und wer weiß, was dann ist, aber bin da auch flexibel. :)

Die Wohnung hat für mich den schönsten Balkon von Hamburg, der sehr groß ist und auf dem den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Ich fühle mich immer wie im Urlaub.

Wir können gemeinsam leben oder es kann eine Zweck WG sein. Ich bin mit allem fein und habe schon in sehr vielen WGs gelebt.
Wichtig ist mir, dass du achtsam und respektvoll mit fremden Eigentum umgehst, etwas mit Sauberkeit und Ordnung und Mülltrennung anfangen kannst, dich auf die Toilette setzt und kein Party-Zuhause suchst.

Zu mir:
Ich habe 7 Jahre im Marketing/eCommerce gearbeitet und bin aus gesundheitlichen Gründen aus dem Bereich ausgestiegen. Nun widme ich mich anderen Bereichen. Dazu gehört, dass ich prof. Wirtschaftsastrologin und Kinesiologin bin und Aufstellungsarbeit etc. mache.

Du musst mit diesen Sachen nichts zu tun haben und ich kann nach wie vor Business Talks mit dir führen, aber du solltest keinen allergischen Anfall bei dem Wort Homöopathie etc. bekommen haha :)

Ich koche fast täglich und liebe es zu tanzen, malen, mich selbst zu erfahren und Eis zu essen, Meditation, Bücher und Menschen. Ansonsten baue ich etwas Gemüse an (oder versuche es Haha) und bin gerne in der Ruhe der Natur.
Mein Zuhause betrachte ich als Oase in der man auftanken kann. Dazu gehört aber genauso Spaß, Freude und Lebendigkeit!

So far I have lived alone in this flat, but I am currently changing everything I am used to in my life and so I would now like to rent out one room and would be very happy to share this beautiful living space with someone.
I would be happy to do this for 3-6 months, as I'm not planning anything longer at the moment and who knows what will happen then, but I'm also flexible. :)

For me, the flat has the most beautiful balcony in Hamburg, which is very large and where the sun shines all day long. I always feel like I'm on holiday.

We can live together or it can be a purpose shared flat. I'm fine with anything and have lived in many shared flats in Germany and other countries.
It is important to me that you are mindful and respectful of other people's property, know how to separate rubbish, have a sense of cleanliness and tidiness, sit on the toilet and are not looking for a party home.

I cook almost daily and love dancing, painting, experiencing myself and eating ice cream, meditation, books and people. Other than that, I grow some veg (or try to haha) and enjoy being in the peace and quiet of nature.
I see my home as an oasis where I can recharge my batteries.

About me:
I worked in marketing/eCommerce for 7 years and left the field for health reasons. Now I'm devoting myself to other areas. This includes being a professional business astrologer and kinesiologist and doing constellation work etc.

You don't have to have anything to do with these things and I still enjoy business talks, but you shouldn't have an allergic attack at the word homeopathy etc. :)

Du kannst mich auch anschreiben, wenn du z.B. für ein Projekt nach Hamburg kommst und weniger als 3 Monate bleiben willst.

Preisgestaltung und good to know:
Ich selbst lebe noch gar nicht soooo lange in der Wohnung, was bedeutet, dass ich auf keine alten Verträge zurückgreifen kann. Dies betrifft sowohl die Kaltmiete, als auch alle anderen Versorger.
Die Wohnung ist leider nur teilisoliert, was am Denkmalschutz liegt. Du solltest also keine riesengroßer dauer-Frierer sein :D
