Hallo liebe Leute,
ich suche eine neue MitbewohnerIn für meine wunderschöner Altbauwohnung in Hoheluft Ost.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Küche mit Balkon(!) und Bad. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Küchenutensilien, Möbel).
Die Wohnung ist super zentral in Eppendorf/Hoheluft gelegen, die U-Bahnstationem Eppendorfer Baum (U3) und Klosterstern (U1) sind 2 und 6 Minuten entfernt. Somit hat man nicht nur die wichtigen U-Bahnlinien, sondern auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka,, Netto, Budni, Bäcker etc. direkt vor der Haustür und da wir uns im belebten Eppendorf befinden, hat man sämtliche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars auch noch direkt vor der Nase. Andere Viertel kann man durch die gute Anbindung gut und schnell erreichen.
Ich selber bleibe in der WG wohnen. Ich genieße die Ruhe zu Hause und ein entspanntes Zusammenwohnen.
