Das Grindelviertel ist eines der schönsten Viertel Hamburgs und superzentral zwischen dem Park "Planten un Blomen" und Alster gelegen. Die Uni ist 200m und der Dammtor Bahnhof 750m entfernt (Nah- und Fernverkehr). Busse fahren um die Ecke. Die Maisonette-Wohnung (über 2 Etagen) ist 80qm groß und liegt in einer privaten Straße ohne Autoverkehr.
The Grindelviertel is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighbourhoods and is super centrally located between the park "Planten un Blomen" and Alster. The university is 200m away and the Dammtor train station 750m (local and long-distance). Buses go around the corner. The maisonette (over 2 floors) is 75sqm and located in a private street without car traffic.
Ich suche eine/n berufstätige/n Mitbewohner/in auf Zeit. Ich mag Gesellschaft, aber brauche auch Zeit für mich. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen, können wir die Untermiete auch verlängern.
I am using the flat mainly as a recreational space. I enjoy company but also need time for myself. If we get on well, we can also extend the sublet.
