In our WG in the home of Oeltzenstraße are still some rooms free, and we are looking for Catholic students who want to become part of our community.
Our newly renovated rooms are 13 or 18 m ² in size and offer plenty of space to feel good. The heat rental is between 170 €and 190 €depending on the size of the room, including telephone / Internet flat rate and cable TV connection. The rooms are partly furnished with a bed, a built-in closet and a desk - with the option of taking over the wardrobe. The spacious bathroom has two shower cabins, three washbasins and a toilet. All the rooms have been recently repainted and are waiting for their new residents.
We attach particular importance to living together in the Community. Our common study room offers plenty of storage space and space for learning. The spacious common kitchen with several hotplates, an oven and complete dishes is located on the ground floor. Here we also meet in the comfortable living and TV room with sofaecke and beamer to spend time together. From the living room you can get directly into our large, on-site garden - an ideal place to relax, especially in the summer. Here is also our bike shed.

Unsere frisch renovierten Zimmer sind 13 bzw. 18 m² groß und bieten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Warmmiete liegt je nach Zimmergröße zwischen 170 € und 190 €, inklusive Telefon-/Internetflatrate und Kabel-TV-Anschluss. Die Zimmer sind teilmöbliert mit einem Bett, einem Einbauschrank und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet – wobei der Schrank optional übernommen werden kann. Das großzügige Bad verfügt über zwei Duschkabinen, drei Waschbecken und ein WC. Alle Zimmer wurden kürzlich neu gestrichen und warten auf ihre neuen Bewohner.
Besonderen Wert legen wir auf das Zusammenleben in der Gemeinschaft. Unser gemeinsames Arbeitszimmer bietet viel Stauraum und Platz zum Lernen. Die geräumige Gemeinschaftsküche mit mehreren Kochplatten, einem Backofen und vollständigem Geschirr befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Hier treffen wir uns auch im gemütlichen Aufenthalts- und Fernsehraum mit Sofaecke und Beamer, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man direkt in unseren großen, hauseigenen Garten – ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen, vor allem im Sommer. Hier steht auch unser Fahrradschuppen.
