The apartment was renovated in 2021, but still has the cosy charm of an old building – with large windows and high ceilings, which provide a beautiful feeling of space. The kitchen is fully equipped, has enough space and has direct access to the balcony, perfect for chilling. The bathroom is also well equipped, not too small and even has two windows that provide neat light and fresh air.
The free Wg room for rent is 28 square meters large and beautifully bright through the large window.
Our apartment is centrally located in Calenberger Neustadt: In just 5 minutes you are in Linden-Nord and in 15 minutes in the North City. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet and green – perfect to get down after a long day. Right nearby you will find many cafés, bars and clubs, so there is something for everyone. By train you only need 12 minutes to the main station and 10 minutes to the university. The nearest stations are Glocksee and Königsworther Platz, both just minutes away.
I'm on a university for two months and would like to rent my room. I would describe the Wg life as relaxed. We like to spend time together, such as cooking, film/game evenings or sitting on the balcony and clapping. Nevertheless, it is important that everyone also pursues their own interests and has time for themselves. Likewise our door is always open to our friends and we like to have life in the apartment :)
You would live with my two roommates Finn and Elina. The two are super sweet and open and even if it is only an intermediate rental, you will definitely understand. Elina goes to Berlin from April 1st to April 29th, and there is the possibility to stay in def Wg and take over her room as an intermediate rental
It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable and that's why you should be able to communicate well and generally treat each other with respect.
