The room is equipped with a fixed bed. This allows the small space to be used optimally. It is the quietest room of the WG, as it is located to the backyard.
Through a large window quite a lot of light comes into the room and is not too dark despite the high bed.
There are some furniture in the room. The couch and the TV cabinet can be taken over if necessary.
The apartment itself is quite small and unfortunately we do not have a common room :/ Also in the kitchen there are no seating, as it is very narrow cut. But you can also sit comfortably in a room, so it has always been:)
The apartment is located in a quite quiet dead end near the Limmerstraße.
The connection to the ÖPNV is very good, as you reach the city railway line 10 (Leinaustraße stop) within 5 minutes walk.
It is also not far to the Leibniz-Uni. By bike you only need about 10 minutes.
Shopping facilities are just available on the Limmerstraße. A Rewe, an Edeka, an Aldi and Lidl and much more are within walking distance.
Hi, we are Anna and Emi and we are now looking for a new roommate for our little WG.
A friendly approach to the WG is already important to us and we like to do something about the WG, but we are strongly involved in time due to our studies and secondary work.
But the more beautiful it is when you take time actively:)
