Hierbei handelt es sich um ein 20 m^2 Zimmer mit WLAN Zugang, schöner heller Fensterfront, quadratisch geschnitten. Zudem gibt es ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einen kleinen, aber vollkommen ausreichenden Flur, eine kleine Küche und ein weiteres 20 m^2 Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Schwarzer Bär. Man kann somit in Kürze die City (8 min.) oder die Universität (30 min.) erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe & Rossmann sind direkt vor Ort (5 min.).
Ein paar Zeilen zu mir: Ich bin 40 und studiere Philosophie und Deutsch und arbeite an der Leibniz Universität. Da ich Ruhe sehr schätze, wäre es von Vorteil, wenn es dir auch so geht. Mir sind ein achtsamer Umgang und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Auf Partygänger und Putzmuffel habe ich keine Lust!
Es ist für mich wichtig, dass der Putzplan eingehalten wird und dass sich die Person von selbst im Haushalt engagiert!
Da ich hauptsächlich lese und an meinen Texten arbeite, ist es für mich wichtig, dass es in der Wohnung ruhig und harmonisch ist. Es handelt sich um eine Berufstätigen - Wg. Gern kann man mal in der Küche sitzen, gemeinsam etwas kochen oder einen Kaffee oder Tee trinken. Alles andere können wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen!
