Your room (approx. 14.5 square meters) is the quietest and most cozy room of our beautiful old building. From the window you have a look at the Lister Mile.
You can't live more than our WG:)
The Lister Platz stop is just like Edeka, DM, Alnatura, Bäcker and the Lister Döner right in front of the door.
And otherwise everything that the heart desires is in the immediate vicinity.
The list is a very picturesque district, which also borders directly to the Eilenriede. Thus, nothing speaks against a short jogging round in the forest with subsequent shopping in one of the numerous supermarkets.
We're a very lively WG, there's always someone to fool. From time to time we sit together in the kitchen or in our (living room) hall, enjoy the one or other cool drink during a cozy game evening.
Our WG Luise, Marino, Tim and I are currently living in Tobi.
Tim will leave our WG after a long time.
I, Tobi, am 23 and study industrial engineering at LUH and have a plant store.
In my spare time I sing in the choir, often go to the gym and jog.
Luise is 25 years old and studies marketing at Hanover University. She loves spending her time with friends in cafés and flea markets, concerts and festivals. She also likes to be creative and plays a round table tennis.
The WG-Balkon is located at its room.
Marino is 23 years old and studies apprenticeship (German/Historical) at LUH. He likes to spend his spare time with friends and at the gym.
Between us there is also a competitive Mario
Cart rivalry;)
We are a very open WG, but of course you can close your door whenever you need rest. We also have a well-functioning cleaning plan.
If you feel addressed so far and can clear yourself behind, we would be very happy to meet you!
Our visits would take place mainly in the week from 17/18, also at one or the other evening drink.
Additional costs of about 85 € are also incurred for the cold rental of about 304,13 €. It contains (current/water/ WLAN) etc. This is at the same time our WG checkout from which we buy things like toilet paper etc.
In addition, there is a discount of €350 for the kitchen (which belongs to the WG).
A deposit of approximately approx. 750 € due.
If you are interested, you can also take over furniture from our roommate Tim :)
