The room is a little small at the first moment. Due to the good cut, it is very good for all purposes: large wardrobe, large bed, desk and shelf fit in without any problems.
Thanks to the super WG cut, you can also get wide in the rest of the three-room apartment:
You get through the front door into the hallway. From there we go to the bathroom.
On the other hand it goes to the kitchen where everything you need is:
Large fridge, stove, oven, microwave,....
From the kitchen you get your new room. The living room is a passage to my room.
Furthermore, the apartment includes a separate storage room where everything possible can be stored.
The house has a perfect transport connection with a quiet courtyard location. To reach...
Bus: 2min walk, line 100/200
Train: 4min walkway, line 1 and 2; with this you arrive in 10min from the sofa to the main railway station
Shopping: Net, Rewe, Rossmann, Alnatura, Volksbank, Sparkasse, Dönerbude, Pizzeria; everything on foot great to reach. For larger purchases there is the beautiful Lister mile in 10 min walkway or a market purchase (2 railway stations or by car).
Uni: The Conti campus can be reached in 11min by bus. The main university can be reached in max. 15-20 minutes. But I recommend the bike you need less than 10 minutes.
Car: We live in a side street of Vahrenwalder Straße, which is perfect for getting into the city or soon on the highway.
Living room and kitchen are the center of the apartment.
You can sit here to eat, talk or let the day sound on the sofa. A beer/wine/coffee/tee/etc will also like to be drunk in two or a sociable round, but always in a relaxed atmosphere, so that you can move back to your quiet room at any time. Eating parties are rather rarely the case (but also occasionally possible).
In the apartment we are quite tidy whatever you should be, but no one will lose on you if a plate or the like is not washed off immediately.
