From March onwards, Paul is for an internship path and therefore offers his cozy old building room for rent.

Our beautiful WG extends over two floors and has a total of nearly 200 square meters, so is quite large and perfect for a 5 WG. We have a large bathroom with window, shower and toilet and another small guest toilet. The heartpiece is probably our large living room, with two sofas and the chef chair in which we regularly sink... At the round table it is perfectly possible to have breakfast, play or work together. Another WG meeting point is our kitchen. Here we often sit together and eat, drink, talk and enjoy life.

Your room is on the lower floor with a sunny south window overlooking the Eilenriede and a snoring floor. The windows are double glazed, so you can hardly hear the street. Paul's furniture (writing table, cabinet, shelf and bed) leaves him in the room after consultation. He would be happy if you had a green thumb and could take care of his plants!

The Spannhagengarten is located in the beautiful district List. In five minutes you can reach the Eilenriede (Hannovers Stadtwald) or the Mittellandkanal and invite you to walk, jogging, chilling and swimming. At the railway station, which is right in front of the door, there are three lines with which you are at the HBF in 10 minutes. Several supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies, kiosks etc. are within walking distance.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (you get used to it 😉) from the beautiful Spannhagengarten. This glows with an idyllic little meadow, where it can be kept super well especially in good weather.

The WG presents itself briefly:

I am Vivien (she/her) (25) and I study economics at LUH. In addition to my studies, I am very happy to listen to music and I am also scribbling at times. In addition, I like sports or dancing and I am always inspiring for walks or game evenings :)

I am Fiona (she/her) (26) and social worker. I am always happy to have joint ventures for WG, love to be active and drive sports, let creativity run free and start new craft projects. I am burning for intersectional feminism and am queer😊 I look forward to getting to know you!

I, Lena (she/her) (24), study European law at LUH. If I don't write at my master's thesis, I'm dedicated to my current creative project, planning the next deco change or trying a new sport. In addition, I am always very (!) happy to distract with social activities within (common cooking, crafting, playing, television, bullshit) as well as outside the WG (spacing, flea market, cafe/bar excursions).

I'm studying fashion design at the university.
I always have something to do with my studies. But let me often distract and screw this one or the other time in the kitchen or in the living room:)
Also in my spare time I love to be creative:))
Otherwise I like to go, so drink coffee, bar or kiosk tours/ lammer, dance, just have a nice time with other people💕

The WG is generally lively and communal cooking, eating, playing, watching movies, etc. are very important components of our common life, in which you hope to participate. At the same time, we are very discerning.
We hold a "WG-Plenum" about every 6 weeks, where all come together to clarify upcoming matters, to distribute responsibilities, to create space for open discussions and to introduce ideas, etc. We care about order and cleanliness and we have a cleaning plan for all common areas so that everyone can feel comfortable :)

We would have been really shocking to get to know you personally here in the WG, so you can make each other the best picture of each other... Why do you want to move in?
