Your personal attitude to climate change and environmental protection is also important. They should be ready to save electricity, water and gas (heating) and to separate the waste.

As of March 1, 2025 you can move into our international community.🙂 The room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, etc.), but if you want to bring your usual desk, it would be possible. The room has its own entrance from the staircase, its own bell and mailbox. The window looks northwest and lets golden evening sun in.
At present, there are 2 students (construction engineer, media design), 1 doctor, 1 painter, main renter Angela and our sweet cat "Willi".
We are happy to meet in the large kitchen (sun to 3 p.m.) with all comforts: music system, oven, stove with exhaust air outside, microwave, senseo and coffee machine, thermomix(er), fridge and freezer.
In the bathroom with window is a MIELE washing machine, in the living room Smart TV, HP Officejet printer/Scanner/Fax, iron and ironing board, which is available for all.
In the hall there are 2 toilets with 2 washbasins.
The rental costs are €400 per month, all inclusive, with DSL-Internet-Flat (W-LAN).
Reservation of the room is made by closing the contract and payment of 50% of the deposit (350 Euro).

1. Police leadership certificate, if possible

Our large bright apartment is located on the edge of the list, adjacent to the districts
Vahrenwald, Nordstadt, Oststadt and Mitte. Near Conti.
Centrally between the stations Werderstr. u. Meile/Sedanstr., Bus 128/134,
1 station/12 min walk to the main station or 15 min to the Eilenriede (largest city forest in Europe).
About us are quiet WGs, we have good contact with all neighbors. NETTO/REWE/ALDI can be reached on foot.

Hey, I come from Hamburg, lived in Berlin for 15 years and lived in beautiful Hannover for a long time.
After nursing and studying librarians, I have worked for a long time as an employee at Notarin. My 3 children (27, 24 and 19) have already moved out.
I have opened family and apartment for many years for international roommates, because I find it enriching to share life with others, let hospitality become practical and because I have God-confidence. 😉
My concern is to create a cozy warm-hearted home, home, home, for all roommates.

Each has weekly reihum kitchen service, the rest of the apartment is maintained by a specialist.
