The apartment is very central approx. 300m next to the Conti campus and is thus optimal for LUH students. Both the railway lines 4 and 5 at Königsworth Square, as well as 6 and 10 at the Christ Church are within a 5-minute walk.

Ideally the location is that the apartment is so close to the center of the city, but one does not get anything from the main roads.

The city centre and the main railway station are within a 10-minute walk.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral ca. 300m neben dem Conti-Campus und ist so optimal für Studierende der LUH. Sowohl die Bahnlinien 4 und 5 am Königsworther Platz, sowie 6 und 10 an der Christuskirche sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Optimal an der Lage ist, dass die Wohnung so nahe an der Stadtmitte liegt, man aber von den Hauptstraßen absolut nichts mitbekommt.

Die Innenstadt und der Hauptbahnhof sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

I'm Marc, 24 years old. I studied logistics management and work at a pharmaceutical wholesale. I'm always open to something new and I like to laugh and much. I like to spend my spare time with friends. I read a lot and often watch movies and series, otherwise I go on and on weekend jogging or walking.

I am José (30 years old) and a Portuguese engineer. I work at Continental in a hybrid working form (2 or 3 days/week in the office) and therefore work part of the week from home. I think I'm a loose, sociable, uncomplicated and friendly person.
Outside of work I like playing card and board games, going out with friends, doing sports like running, sometimes volleyball and going to the gym.
I like a good, relaxed environment at home where every roommate can interact with anyone, for example just talk, drink a beer, but where it's okay if the other person needs some free space.

I think we are a WG in which you can feel comfortable both as a professional and as a student or an apprentice.

We have a cleaning plan and make sure that the kitchen is not so full. Otherwise we are very relaxed about this, but we expect a certain basic level of cleanliness of the common areas.

Ich bin Marc, 24 Jahre alt. Ich habe Logistikmanagement studiert und arbeite bei einem Pharma Großhandel. Ich bin immer offen für etwas neues und lache gerne und viel. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gern mit Freunden. Ich lese viel und gucke oft Filmen und Serien, sonst gehe ich an und zu am Wochenende joggen oder spazieren.

Ich bin José (30 Jahre alt) und ein portugiesischer Ingenieur. Ich arbeite bei Continental in einer hybriden Arbeitsform (2 oder 3 Tage/Woche im Büro) und arbeite daher einen Teil der Woche von zu Hause aus. Ich halte mich für einen lockeren, geselligen, unkomplizierten und freundlichen Menschen.
Außerhalb der Arbeit spiele ich gerne Karten- und Brettspiele, gehe mit Freunden aus, mache Sport wie Laufen, manchmal Volleyball und gehe ins Fitnessstudio.
Ich mag eine gute, entspannte Umgebung zu Hause, in der jeder Mitbewohner mit jedem interagieren kann, zum Beispiel einfach reden, ein Bier trinken, aber wo es auch in Ordnung ist, wenn die andere Person etwas Freiraum braucht.

Ich denke wir sind eine WG in der man sich sowohl als Berufstätige/r als auch als Student/in oder Azubi wohlfühlen kann.

Wir haben einen Putzplan und achten darauf dass insbesondere die Küche nicht so voll steht. Ansonsten sind wir was das angeht sehr entspannt, aber ein gewisses Grundlevel an Sauberkeit der Gemeinschaftsräume erwarten wir.
