The room has a floor area of 20sqm, laminate floor and a completely new roof window towards the east, through which you can observe the sunrise over Hanover in the morning as an early riser. Through the roof bevels you can become creative when setting up and the two beams, provide additional cosiness and space to hang up to the plant/ hammock.
The roof has just been refurbished, which no longer leads to such strong heat/cold contrasts. In front of the room there is a closet in the hall which can always be replaced by the inhabitants: in the room is inherited for further storage space and if necessary also.
Anyway, the hallway is very long and multifunctional: it is suitable for drying laundry, playing for beer pugs at parties and in the shelves there are some treasures in addition to the game collection. The bathrooms are divided into shower room and toilet bath, each with daylight.
The heart of our apartment is the large kitchen, on whose sofa you can hang quickly and drink or cook. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need
The apartment is very centrally located in the Mitte district. The main railway station can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes and also in the surrounding districts of Nordstadt, Linden, List you always need to feel the bike 10 min. For a bicycle paddle, the 121 stops right in front of the front door and the Marienstr with the subway connections towards North City is also only 5 minutes walk away. Very close is also the Stadtwald Eilenriede, which offers for jogging, walking and cycling. Because we live in the middle, it's very quiet here. Nevertheless, there are the most important shops in the immediate vicinity: two bakers, ancient pubs and a rewe.
We currently live in the WG, here is a sneak peak to your potential new cohabitation:
Ananias (25) already lives in the WG for the longest time. Depending on the season, he has many different hobbies. In summer, it is more likely to be found outside Hanover during cycling or as a windsurf instructor at the Steinhuder Meer. In winter he makes it comfortable with his guitar in his room. In addition, Ananias has a small coffee addiction, which has the advantage that we have a sieve carrier machine and a coffee mill. In autumn he completed his apprenticeship course and is currently preparing for the Ref.
Lilly (22) studies physical geography and goes to tennis or dancing next to the university. In addition, she loves all kinds of creative things like painting, crafting or any furnishing projects.
In the summer she is a lot on flea markets, enjoys picnicing with friends and in sweet cafés.
It can also be found more often in the kitchen when cooking or simply on a coffee/tea
Nils is 30 and works as something with biotechnology and software. He's always changing at HomeOffice and office. When he's done with work, he does a lot of sport like boulders, beaching, yoga or spikeball. Otherwise, he meets with friends or goes out to eat and can inspire himself for almost everything.
We are happy to do something together in our WG. Whether it's going to the park together, making a game night at home or going to party together. Nevertheless, we sometimes just live a few days next to each other when each time has a stressful phase, so you don't have to feel bad when you just want to chill alone in the room. In general, there is a lot of laughing and not everything too serious :)
Otherwise, we have a cleaning plan which 1a works!
