Hello together,
in my very large, central and lovingly furnished apartment with balcony (follow photos) and in top location I am looking for a nice roommate*in, first at a limited time (approximately 1 to 4 months) and if it suits longer. The arrival and withdrawal date is in principle flexible and we can also discuss the rental period as required.
I am in the Magisterium-Referendariat and therefore relatively busy. Nevertheless, or precisely because of this, I would be delighted to have sympathetic suit + common coffee slippers, cooking evenings, etc.
In the apartment there is a kitchen with a table and balcony access, as well as a daylight bath, our rooms + a large living room. Depending on the arrangement (for example if you are looking for something for a short time and limited time) I would reserve it for self-use, as I have no couch in my bedroom. Then I would of course take off the living room from the rent, but we can also discuss this flexibly. However, the living room is available in any case for common TV evenings/game nights etc. If you're on your way through or currently don't have any furniture, you can use a batt+1,40 mattress + shelf etc. from me.
I am a tidy, relaxed, open and sporty person - who likes it more quiet than louder.
If you're interested, I'd like to write a few lines about you, what you're doing, what's important to you in the Wg life and what else you like:) The answer can take a little, but I'm trying.
Oh yes, it would be best if you were between the middle/end 20 and the beginning/center 30:)
