The newly furnished room has a comfortable corner sofa with bed function and storage compartment, an extendable dining table, a coffee table, a TV table with drawers, a smart TV and a new music system.

The triple glazed and almost floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony door are equipped with blinds and electric shutters.
The balcony can be darkened with an electric sun awning.

Both the room and the balcony are south-west facing, so you can enjoy the sun until evening.

The tram and S-Bahn station Nordstadt is within a few minutes walk.
If you go a bit further or drive to the next stop by the city train, you can already find yourself on the lively Engelbosteler Damm, where the urban life pulsates.
