Your future room is almost rectangular and super spacious. Absolute highlight is the beautiful window, which is really very large and thus allows a lot of light! From there you have a great view of the Geibelplatz. In addition, the room has a beautiful, bright floor. Due to the high ceilings has the certain old building charms!

The apartment is super spacious, has a great large kitchen and an equally large bathroom with shower tub. Both rooms are very flooded with light.
There is also a large hallway that houses enough space for several clothes racks! :-)
I bought Rollos in the summer, which are tailored to the window. These are new and should be adopted in the best case! Otherwise, the room will be rented unfurnished, so you can set it up according to your individual wishes! ✨
The WG is located in the quiet, yet very central southern town, directly on the beautiful Geibelplatz. The railway station “Geibelstraße” can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot, the bus stop “St. Heinrich Church” in about 5 minutes. From there, line 121 goes and you are at the main station within a few minutes.
There are various shopping facilities (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, net, dm etc.) right around the corner, a maximum of 5 minutes walk away. So you have the torment of choice
Your future roommates are Fiona (25, her) and Anastasia (23, her/her). Fiona studies social work and in her spare time enjoys sports or hiking. Anastasia studies veterinary medicine, has fun at the boulders and is happy to be creative!
It should not be a purpose WG, so it would be nice if you could do something from time to time, whether it is common cooking or a game night.
Of course, no one is evil when you close your room door to have your own space.
It is possible to deposit a deposit of 500€ on receipt. A discount of 150€ is also due. This is composed of the costs I paid when moving in, the darkening roller blinds on the window, as well as equipment purchased according to the law.
