Search interim rental from April Suche Zwischenmiete ab April

Hello!:)
I am a Frederik and will be looking for a fixed WG room or an intermediate rent from April, as I will move back to Hannover for my studies.
I have already lived in Hanover between 2019 and 2024, I feel comfortable there and am still well connected in the city.
Last year, after my bachelor's degree, I lived in France and Belgium for a few months and now I'm back for the summer semester in the master's (landscape architecture)!
I have lived in WGs in different cities for almost 10 years and have gained many beautiful experiences.
Cleanliness and tightness in common areas are important to me. I like to cook and have a clean kitchen:)

To me:
From April I will study landscape architecture in the Master's and work as a gardener with private customers. In my free time I am a lot with my friend: on the way and go skate several times a week and like to concerts, at the kiosk, in pubs, etc.
I also like to cook as I said!
I am a rather uncomplicated and inconvenient roommate, at least I could withdraw to all my previous WGs;)

Since I can't make it to Hannover before April, I'm most likely looking for an interim rent to find something on site.
I am most looking for in the districts of Linden, Calenberger Neustadt, Nordstadt and Mitte, price all inclusive to 450 €
I can pay bail!

Ich bin Frederik und suche ab April ein festes WG-Zimmer oder eine Zwischenmiete, da ich für’s Studium wieder zurück nach Hannover ziehe.
Ich habe schon zwischen 2019 und 2024 in Hannover gewohnt, fühle mich dort wohl und bin nach wie vor gut vernetzt in der Stadt.
Letztes Jahr habe ich nach meinem Bachelorabschluss ein paar Monate in Frankreich und Belgien gewohnt und nun zieht‘s mich zum Sommersemester im Master (Landschaftsarchitektur) wieder zurück!
Ich habe lebe seit fast 10 Jahren in WGs in verschiedenen Städten und habe viele schöne Erfahrungen gesammelt.
Sauberkeit und Aufgeräumtheit in Gemeinschaftsräumen sind mir wichtig. Ich koche gerne und hab gern eine aufgeräumte Küche:)

Zu mir:
Ich studiere ab April Landschaftsarchitektur im Master und arbeite nebenbei als Gärtner bei Privatkunden. In meiner Freizeit bin ich viel mit Freund:innen unterwegs und gehe mehrmals die Woche skaten und gerne zu Konzerten, an den Kiosk, in Kneipen etc
Ausserdem koche ich wie gesagt gerne!
Ich bin ein ziemlich unkomplizierter und umgänglicher Mitbewohner, zumindest könnte ich in all meine vorherigen WGs wieder zurückziehen;)

Da ich es vor April nicht mehr nach Hannover schaffe, suche ich am ehesten eine Zwischenmiete, um dann vor Ort was Festes zu finden.
Ich suche am ehesten in den Vierteln Linden, Calenberger Neustadt, Nordstadt und Mitte, Preis all inclusive bis 450€
Kaution kann ich zahlen!
