Sunny WG room in old building *inter rent* Sonniges WG-Zimmer im Altbau *Zwischenmiete*

The apartment is located in Calenberger Neustadt, in a side street of Königswortherstraße.
From here you can also walk anywhere quickly, no matter whether Limmerstraße, E-Damm or at the main station.
In the immediate vicinity you will also find a few bars, cafes, social meeting places and kiosks. Especially the very family kiosk right in front of the door has long since become more than just a shop for us and the neighborhood sits there with a cold drink in the sun.
Rewe, net, Edeka, Ross and NP are available in different directions in less than a 10-minute walk.
You will also reach the bus stop of 200 in one minute and will be at the rail stops of 4/5 and 10 in a few minutes. So there's nothing in the way of a quick start in every direction.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Calenberger Neustadt, in einer Seitenstraße der Königswortherstraße.
Von hieraus bist du auch zu Fuß überall schnell, egal ob Limmerstraße, E-Damm oder auch am Hauptbahnhof.
In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du auch ein paar Bars, Cafes, soziale Treffpunkte und Kioske. Besonders der sehr familiäre Kiosk direkt vor der Tür ist längst zu mehr als nur einem Laden für uns geworden und die Nachbarschaft sitzt dort gerne mal bei einem Kaltgetränk in der Sonne.
Rewe, Netto, Edeka, Ross und NP erreichst du in unterschiedliche Richtungen in unter 10 Gehminuten.
Außerdem erreichst du die Bushaltestelle der 200 in einer Minute und bist in wenigen Minuten an den Bahnhaltestellen der 4/5 und 10. Einem schnellen Start in jede Richtung steht also nichts im Weg.

We are all on a lot at the moment, have different day rythms/jobs and still enjoy the common time - and since it is warm also especially outside:)
We live here in the WG very openly, are not only at home in the whole living room and look forward to it, even if you like it.
It is clear that you need rest and a closed door is always respected. We like to smoke one together in the living room, breakfast, snuck in the hallway or cuddly past each other on the way out:)
There are also creative corners, for example, we started a small gallery in the hallway.

One more thing, since we all do not live in a WG for the first time, we also wish you that certain things, cleanliness and everyday life, clean up behind you etc, are not a new country for you. Since we buy and use them most things together, there is a certain order in the kitchen.
It should be mentioned at the moment that we are basically a vegetarian/vegan g, but sometimes meat is consumed. There is an extra fridge compartment for this.
In addition, a small part of the rent is already included for everyday use (salt toilet paper) so you don't have to worry about it :)

Wir sind alle im Moment viel unterwegs, haben unterschiedliche Tagesrythmen/Jobs und genießen dennoch die gemeinsame Zeit - und da es warm ist auch besonders draußen :)

Wir leben hier in der WG sehr offen miteinanader, sind in der ganzen Wohnnng nicht nur im Zimmer zuhause und freuen uns, wenn das auch bei dir so ist.
Klar ist, dass man auch mal Ruhe braucht und eine geschlossene Tür immer respektiert wird. Wir rauchen gerne mal eine zusammen im Wohnzimmer, frühstücken, schnacken im Flur oder huschen auf dem Weg nach draußen aneinander vorbei:)
Kreative Ecken gibt es auch, wir haben zum Beispiel eine kleine Galerie im Flur begonnen.. vielleicht kommt ja mit dir was schönes dazu.

Eines noch, da wir alle nicht zum ersten mal in einer WG wohnen wünschen wir uns auch von dir, dass gewisse Dinge, die Sauberkeit und das alltägliche Leben, hinter dir aufräumen etc, kein Neuland für dich sind. Da wir sie meisten Sachen gemeinsam kaufen und benutzen gibt es eine gewisse Ordnung zB in der Küche.
An der Stelle sei noch erwähnt, dass wir grundsätzlich eine vegetarisch/vegane Wg sind, dennoch wird manchmal Fleisch verzehrt. Dafür gibt es ein extra Kühlschrankfach.
Außerdem ist ein kleiner Teil der Miete schon für Dinge des alltäglichen Gebrauchs (Salz-Toilettenpapier) mitgerechnet, so dass du dich darum nicht kümmern musst :)
