Da ich im Juni/Mitte Juli wegen Arbeit nicht in Hannover bin möchte ich mein Zimmer in unserer muckeligen Altbauwohnung untervermieten. Wäre super schade wenn das einfach leer steht.
Das Zimmer, in dem du es dir für den Sommerbeginn in Hannover gemütlich machen kannst, hat etwa 15qm, ist eher quadratisch geschnitten. Links gibt es eine kunstvoll von der Tapete befreite Wand und oben Stuck um die Lampe.
Da es Richtung Osten ausgerichtet ist bekommst du besonders Vormittags viel Sonne ab - die drei großen Fenster helfen :) Wenn du Zimmerpflanzen auch so liebst, wirst du dich sicher wohlfühlen, denn davon gibt hier im Zimmer einige, wie übrigens auch im Rest der Wohnung.
Unter den altbautypischen hohen Decken gibt es eine schmale Ebene die in der Vergangenheit unter anderem als Schlafplatz, Lagerfläche und gemütliche Chillarea benutzt wurde. Aktuell werde ich da einige Sachen drauf verstauen und auch für deine ist noch Platz, so dass du unten viel Raum genießen kannst.
In dem Zimmer ist, so wie fast überall in der Wohnung, schöner charakterstarker Altbauboden.
Das Zimmer geht zu einer Einbahnstraße raus und besonders viel Verkehr gibt es nicht. Dafür eine sweete Nachbarschaft die sich oft am Kiosk unseres Vertrauens an der Ecke trifft und einen schönen Kastanienbaum. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon direkt am Zimmer, auf dem es sich den ganzen Tag lang gut im Freien sitzen und die frische Luft bei Kaffee oder einem Sekt genießen lässt.
In der Miete sind Internet, Gas, Strom, basics etc enthalten.

Rewe, Netto, Edeka, Ross und NP erreichst du in unterschiedliche Richtungen in unter 10 Gehminuten.
Außerdem erreichst du die Bushaltestelle der 200 in einer Minute und bist in wenigen Minuten an den Bahnhaltestellen der 4/5 und 10. Einem schnellen Start in jede Richtung steht also nichts im Weg.

Wir leben hier in der WG sehr offen miteinanader, sind in der ganzen Wohnnng nicht nur im Zimmer zuhause und freuen uns, wenn das auch bei dir so ist.
Klar ist, dass man auch mal Ruhe braucht und eine geschlossene Tür immer respektiert wird. Wir rauchen gerne mal eine zusammen im Wohnzimmer, frühstücken mal, schnacken im Flur oder huschen auf dem Weg nach draußen aneinander vorbei:)
Kreative Ecken gibt es auch, wir haben zum Beispiel eine kleine Galerie im Flur begonnen.. vielleicht kommt ja mit dir was schönes dazu.
Eines noch, da wir alle nicht zum ersten mal in einer WG wohnen wünschen wir uns auch von dir, dass gewisse Dinge, die Sauberkeit und das alltägliche Leben, hinter dir aufräumen etc, kein Neuland für dich sind. Da wir sie meisten Sachen gemeinsam kaufen und benutzen gibt es eine gewisse Ordnung zB in der Küche.
An der Stelle sei noch erwähnt, dass wir grundsätzlich eine vegetarisch/vegane Wg sind, dennoch wird manchmal Fleisch verzehrt. Dafür gibt es ein extra Kühlschrankfach.
Außerdem ist ein kleiner Teil der Miete schon für Dinge des alltäglichen Gebrauchs (Salz-Toilettenpapier) mitgerechnet, so dass du dich darum nicht kümmern musst :)
