Your room is 22m2 tall, bright and a private balcony with just 3m2. Despite the location in the middle of Hanover's city centre, you don't hear anything from outside when the windows are closed. Since the entire roof chair was renewed only 4 years ago, the rooms are very well isolated. In winter it is not too cold and in summer not too hot - despite the location directly under the roof.
The WG is on the fourth floor, but for all our luck, a modern elevator goes up to the 3rd floor. From there you can walk well. The apartment has about 155 m2 and additionally an expanded attic.
We have a large, bright living room with high ceilings, roof windows and adjoining open kitchen. From the living room it goes directly out to the roof terrace - there is enough space for sun loungers to enjoy about 10 hours of sunshine in summer.
We are looking for our new roommates as soon as possible!
The total rental of 690 euros already includes all costs, including electricity, Internet, GEZ and household insurance.
The apartment is very central in Hanover - not in the pedestrian area, but in a quieter side street. To the railway station and the Kröpcke, Hannover's city railway junction, walk in 5 minutes, the Ernst-August Gallery is 3 minutes away.
There are many shopping facilities and many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also the Lister Mile and the Engelbosteler Damm are nearby, in the scene district Linden you can go for 20 minutes in good weather or take the train that takes 3 minutes away.
We are Janik (31), Felix (29), Niclas (24) and Hai (24) and are all in the professional life for a long time, Felix is a specialist in orthodontics, Niclas in the online marketing area and Hai has just started working as an auditor. Janik has now moved to the turn of the year.
Our daily WG is therefore generally influenced by our respective work routines during the week. On weekends we often watch football, chill in the living room or on the balcony or make other relaxed things. Otherwise everyone is also much for themselves, Felix enjoys sports, rides bike and goes to the gym, Niclas plays passionate football and also goes to the gym and shark is thrilled for volleyball.
We are looking for someone who is already out of his wild party stage - whether in studies or already in work, we don't care. We also attach great importance to cleanliness and order in our WG, which should also be important to you. Pets are not allowed with us.
