Leon will unfortunately leave us in the wide world after a very long time and therefore we are now looking for a new, dear person who wants to live with us.
You can look forward to this:

_a quiet area directly at the mansions gardens and the mountain garden
_two love and open cohabitation :-)

_From here you are actually in a maximum of 15 minutes by bike at all important locations in Hannover. It takes approx. 5-10 minutes, to Linden and to the North City about 10 minutes.
_ The next tram is within 7 minutes walking distance and on the way there is a rewe.
_ The nearest railway stations are Ledeburg and Leinhausen.
_There is also a beautiful community garden that invites you to the sun in summer.
_At the time, two open, nice and funny roommates named Berri and Hannes live in the apartment:
I am Berri, 30 years old and currently working mainly as Barista.
I spend most of my time with music: singing, playing instruments, building beats, listening to music, watching concerts and all around it. Mostly in the studio - but open to occasional kitchen sessions:)
Otherwise, I'll do some sport and love swimming in the canal in the summer or playing Frisbee there.
Since I'm moving into the WG in January, I can't say so much about it - but I'm sure we're gonna build three + Katzi Montana a really snucky home! It will definitely be exciting and enjoy new influences, angles and look forward to learning from each other!
I have an open and honest communication, as well as a respectful handling super important and look forward to a WG in which one acts together instead of one another and in which one meets oneself occasionally in the kitchen with a drink or a common meal <3
I am Hannes, 27 years old and I am currently doing my referenda in Hanover. This means that I spend a lot of time at the desk, but I am happy about any welcome distraction! Otherwise, I'd like to go to the theatre or concert. So I also spend the rest of my time: doing theatre or music. That's why I always play piano and some guitar and sing. You can play something together.
In the WG, I am important to be able to speak directly and openly to solve possible problems easily. You can also spend beautiful evenings with a cold drink in the kitchen!
_Hannes, Berri and Montana (the WG cat) do not live together, but only from January 2025. This means that some things have to be found here in the WG and will therefore also be space for new and beautiful ideas, where you can join. But it would be important that you have no problem with a cat (and her hair) in the apartment. We are both traveling a lot, so we often meet in the kitchen for a drink, cooking or drinking. The kitchen is currently used by Hannes for ciffing (is negotiable).
Visit is always liked to see, but we care about it, especially if someone has to get out early the next day. We are actually for every fun to have and have an open ear when there should be conversational needs or inconsistencies.
_Our house is well connected. If you want to borrow something or need help, you can simply write to our group. House parties over several floors have also been given several times.
You should bring that with you:

_A basic measure of identity and cleanliness. To make it easier for everyone, we want to introduce a cleaning plan.
