Large WG room in the South City in a great location! Großes WG-Zimmer in der Südstadt in toller Lage!

The apartment is located in the quiet southern town where you can only feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is really perfect. The Schlägerstraße underground station is just 10m away and you can reach the main railway station or the city centre (Kröpcke) in about 6 minutes. By bike you are also around 6 minutes in the city. Leibniz Uni can also be reached in about 12 minutes by underground or by bicycle. There is also a Rossmann and a Rewe right across the street. So the purchases are done in a few minutes. And if you don't want to cook, there's a diner shop under the apartment and a pizzeria. Also just 10m away is a very, very, very tasty baker. To relax you can reach the Maschsee on foot in about 8 minutes. There is also a gym at our intersection. The only manko, if you have a car, is that the parking spaces are a bit rough.

Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen Südstadt, in der man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt. Die U-Bahnstation Schlägerstraße ist gerademal 10m entfernt und so kann man in etwa 6 min den Hauptbahnhof oder die Stadtmitte (Kröpcke) erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du auch etwa in 6 min in der Stadt. Auch die Leibniz Uni ist in etwa 12 min per U-Bahn oder auch per Fahrrad zu erreichen. Außerdem ist direkt über die Straße ein Rossmann und ein Rewe. Die Einkäufe sind also in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Und wenn man mal nicht kochen will, sind unter der Wohnung ein Dönerladen und eine Pizzeria. Ebenfalls gerade mal 10m entfernt befindet sich ein sehr, sehr, sehr leckerer Bäcker. Zur Erholung erreicht man den Maschsee zu Fuß in etwa 8 min. An unserer Kreuzung gibt es außerdem ein Fitness-Studio. Einziges Manko, falls du über ein Auto verfügen solltest, ist, dass die Parkplätze leider etwas rar sind.

Your future roommates will be Lea-Sophie, Malin and Janis. Lea-Sophie is employed in the field of social work and Janis is active as a cold mechatronic. Malin just started her special education, so it doesn't matter if you are already working or studying.

All moved here between September and December 2024, so you will still have the opportunity to live in the apartment together with the others.

In any case, it is not intended to be a purpose WG, so cooking evenings, games evenings or other joint activities are often held.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*Innen werden Lea-Sophie, Malin und Janis sein. Lea-Sophie ist im Bereich Soziale Arbeit beschäftigt und Janis ist als Kältemechatroniker tätig. Malin hat gerade ihr Sonderpädagogikstudium angefangen, von daher ist es ganz egal, ob du bereits berufstätig bist oder studierst.

Alle sind zwischen September und Dezember 2024 hier eingezogen, also wirst du noch die Möglichkeit haben dich gemeinsam mit den anderen in der Wohnung einzuleben.

Es soll auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG sein, deswegen finden öfter mal Kochabende, Spieleabende oder sonstige gemeinsame Aktivitäten statt.

The replacement of 400 €is made up of joint purchases for the apartment, such as dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen equipment, etc. For this now there is almost everything the heart desires in the apartment:)

Die Ablöse von 400€ setzt sich aus gemeinsamen Anschaffungen für die Wohnung zusammen wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien etc. Dafür ist jetzt auch fast alles, was das Herz begehrt in der Wohnung vorhanden :)

Falls du dich für das Zimmer interessierst, melde dich gerne bei uns mit einem kleinen Text, indem du dich kurz vorstellst (Name, Alter, Job/Ausbildung/Studium, Interessen, WG-Erfahrung etc.). Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der*die offen und kommunikativ ist und einigermaßen ordentlich & entspannt drauf ist.
Wir werden erstmal einige Anfragen sammeln und erst später Einladungen zum WG-Casting verschicken. Entschuldigt uns auch schon mal im Vorhinein, wenn wir nicht auf alle Nachrichten eingehen können.
