The stop Leinaustr. is 1 minute away, there is the 10 and the 700. The kitchen garden with the 100 / 200 is about 7 min away. Right around the corner is Edeka, on the Limmerstraße there are countless take away possibilities and so 7 minutes from the apartment there are Rossmann, Rewe and Because.
The university is about 7 minutes away by bike and in the city (HBF) you need 10 minutes by train:)

I study special education at the master's office and work in the field of child and youth assistance. Before that I worked with young people with disabilities for 8 years

I don't really want to spend any time with my future roommate:) But I work a lot in phase and then I need a lot of time. I like to withdraw and need a break from the socialize, but try to live up to my role as a roommate. But I cannot always guarantee this through my full calendar and I do not have the capacity for an intensive WG relationship: (But for me, too, if we don't have much to do with each other. Adjust me there!

Otherwise, so far the only "disputes" were things that had to do with cleaning. Maybe in the beginning we can go through what is so important to us and then make a cleaning plan?
When dishes stand around for a day or two or even three, I don't care. I just don't want anything to be lost and we just deal with things with caution and considerate:) so that we can feel at home and you can receive sponti visit:)

Otherwise the apartment was renovated in 2016 by my father, we have invested in kitchen and bathroom and this is also almost completely equipped with everything.
This is why I would also like to see a respectful approach.

Ich studiere Sonderpädagogik auf Lehramt im Master und arbeite nebenbei in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. Vorher hab ich 8 Jahre mit jungen Menschen mit Behinderung gearbeitet

Ich möchte eigentlich keine Zweck-WG und gerne Zeit mit meiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin verbringen :) allerdings arbeite ich phasenweise sehr viel und brauche dann auch viel me-time. Ich ziehe mich dann gern zurück und brauche Pause vom socializen, aber versuche meiner Rolle als Mitbewohnerin auch gerecht zu werden. Ich kann das durch meinen vollen Kalendar aber nicht immer garantieren und für eine intensive WG-Beziehung hab ich leider nicht die Kapazitäten :( Für mich ist aber auch okay, wenn wir nicht viel miteinander zu tun haben. Passe mich da an! ☺️

Ansonsten waren bisher die einzigen „Streitigkeiten" Dinge, die mit dem Putzen zu tun hatten. Vielleicht können wir am Anfang ja durchgehen, was uns so wichtig ist und dann einen Putzplan machen?
Wenn mal Geschirr für 1 oder 2 oder auch 3 Tage rumsteht, juckt mich das nicht. Ich möchte nur nicht, dass irgendwas versifft und wir einfach umsichtig und rücksichtsvoll mit den Dingen umgehen :) so, dass wir uns halt wohlfühlen und man sponti Besuch empfangen kann :)

Ansonsten wurde die Wohnung 2016 von meinem Vater saniert, wir haben in Küche und Bad investiert und das ist auch fast komplett mit allem ausgestattet.
Hier würd ich mir deswegen auch einen respektvollen Umgang wünschen☺️
Dein Zimmer wurde zuletzt 2023 nochmal fresh gemacht und wurde letztens gestrichen😎

There is no place for discrimination in our WG. I'm looking for a roommate who's open, respectful and tolerant. There is no room for racism, defiance, sexism, ableism or other forms of exclusion. If you have problems with migration, LGBTQIA + (because there is nothing else about it) etc, then this is not the right WG for you. People with right or conservative views, who choose the AfD or CDU, do not fit in here either. I look forward to someone who appreciates a community and solidarity with each other.
We can talk about a lot of things and I'm also learning, but this is one thing I don't discuss (whether it's right or wrong):)

In unserer WG ist kein Platz für Diskriminierung. Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die offen, respektvoll und tolerant ist. Rassismus, Queerfeindlichkeit, Sexismus, Ableismus oder andere Formen von Ausgrenzung haben hier keinen Raum. Wenn du Probleme mit Migration, LGBTQIA+ (weil ja grade nichts anderes thema ist) etc. hast, dann ist das nicht die richtige WG für dich. Menschen mit rechten oder konservativen Ansichten, die zb die AfD oder CDU wählen, passen hier ebenfalls nicht rein. Ich freue mich auf jemanden, die ein gemeinschaftliches und solidarisches Miteinander schätzt ☺️
Wir können gern über ganz viel reden und ich lerne auch dazu, aber das ist eine Sache, über die ich nicht diskutiere (ob sie richtig oder falsch ist) :)
