We have a cozy 11m2 room waiting for you. The room is located in the 1st OG and is currently equipped with a bed, a desk and a large fitted wardrobe. If necessary, we can provide you with more furniture.
The room is part of our detached WG with garden.
On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, sofas, music and enough space to paint and craft.
There are two bathrooms and two kitchens, as well as a laundry room plus the garden.
The house is located in the quiet fairytale district close to the central canal.
The next shopping and rail stops are within 10 minutes walking distance, for everything else a bike is worth a ride.
Your roommates are Andrew + Cat Lea, Julian, Sandra and Tim + Kater Freddy.
Under the week, apart from the cats, we go after our work and come together in the evening.
Then we use the living room to crack, listen to music, eat and smoke.
With us it is often something creatively chaotic, but clean kitchens and bathrooms for everyday needs are important to us.
Around house and garden we always have different projects that grow and will or wait for it. Just plan the garden for this year and a large sofa for the WoZi.
We wish a balanced, independent WG people for a relaxed, friendly relationship. Female read persons are somewhat preferred to compensate for the mixing ratio :) Because we do not have a budget, we expect our own responsibility for cleanliness and order, so that we all feel comfortable.
