Das Zimmer ist schön geschnitten und misst ca. 17qm. Es wird ausschließlich voll möbliert (wie auf den Fotos, nur das weiße Ikea-Regal wird mit mir ausziehen) angeboten und nur für 1 Person.

The room is nicely cut and measures about 17sqm. It is only offered fully furnished (as in the photos, except for the white Ikea shelf, which I will take with me) and only for 1 person.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss und misst ca. 110qm. Wir leben mitten in der Unteren Straße mit zahlreichen Cafés und Bars. Daher kann es hier, besonders im Sommer, schonmal etwas lauter werden. Persönlich haben wir uns jedoch schnell daran gewöhnt.
Supermärkte, Schloss & Fluss sind alle super schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.
Location
The apartment is on the top floor and measures around 110sqm. We live in the middle of Untere Straße with numerous cafes and bars. Especially in the summer months, it can get a bit noisy. Personally, however, we quickly got used to it.
Die WG ist insgesamt eine 3-er WG. Onur ist Arzt an den Schmieder Kliniken. Zum 01.07. wird Merve einziehen, die an der Universität als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin arbeiten wird. Ich arbeite auch als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Klinikum, werde jetzt aber zusammen mit meiner Freundin in eine eigene Wohnung ziehen. Daher suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Ich habe das Leben hier in der WG sehr genossen. Wir habe gerne mal am Abend zusammen auf dem Balkon ein Glas Wein getrunken oder zusammen gekocht.
Ich denke, wir haben aber auch ein gutes Gefühl dafür, wenn jemand Zeit für sich braucht. Insgesamt ist unser WG-Leben von Rücksicht und respektvollem Miteinander geprägt.
Flat share life:
This is a 3-person flat-share. Onur is a doctor at the Schmieder hospitals. On the 1st of July, Merve is going to move in. She will work at Heidelberg University as Research Fellow. I am also working as a Research Fellow at the University Hospital. I will be moving in together with my girlfriend in our own apartment. That is why I am looking for a new tenant.
I really enjoyed living in this apartment. We like to spend the evening together on the balcony with a glass of wine or cook together.
I think we also have a good sense of when someone needs time for themselves. All in all, our shared flat is characterized by consideration and respectful cooperation.
Auf Grund der Eingebundenheit mit unseren Arbeitszeiten haben wir eine Reinigungskraft, die uns zumindest die wöchentlich anfallende Reinigung (außer Bad) etwas erleichtert. Hierfür fallen zusätzlich 39 EUR pro Monat an.
Der Vermieter wünscht sich längerfristige Mieter, mindestens bis zum 30.09.2026.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten bereits alles: Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet.
Miscellaneous
Due to our working hours, we have a cleaner who at least makes the weekly cleaning (except bathroom) a little easier for us. This costs an additional 39€ per month.
The landlord is looking for a long-term tenant, at least until 01.10.2026.
Utility includes everything: Electricity, water, heating, and internet.
