Unsere jetzige Mitbewohnerin macht Erasmus für 5 Monate.
Suchen gebürtigen Ersatz.
Zimmer wird mit Möbeln vermietet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank).

Dadurch, dass unsere WG in einer Seitenstraße der Hauptstraße in Richtung Neckar liegt, bekommt man vom nächtlichen „Trubel“ der Unteren nichts mit. Du bist jedoch innerhalb von ca. 7 Minuten dort, in 7 Minuten am Bismarckplatz und innerhalb von 5 Minuten liegen UB/ Neue Uni/ Tegut. 7 Minuten zum Penny, ca. 10 Minuten zum REWE/Pfitzenmeier & nächste Bushaltestelle in 2 Minuten (Kongresshaus)… kurz: Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!

ENGLISH:
The flat is in a perfect location, between the Hauptstraße and the Neckar, far enough from the Untere not to be bothered by the noise yet close enough so that you can reach everything in very short time. It takes around 7 minutes on foot to get to the Untere and roughly the same time to Bismarckplatz. Around 5 minutes for UB/Neue Uni/Supermarket. 7 Minutes to Penny, 10 ca. to REWE/Pfitzenmeier and 2 minutes to the closest bus stop (Kongresshaus).
WG-Leben:
Deine Mitbewohner wären Jakob (26, Physik), Svenja (27,Ethnologie), Paul (29, Psychologie) und Markus (33, Physiotherapie).
Wir sind eine sehr lustige WG, ab und an wird in der Küche zusammen gekocht, auf dem Balkon gegrillt oder der ein oder andere Korn/Bier getrunken. Außerdem verfügen wir über eine riesige Spielesammlung. Dadurch, dass wir alle arbeiten oder studieren, hat man aber trotzdem noch seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt sind wir eine sehr offene und unkomplizierte WG, legen aber auch Wert auf Sauberkeit & Ordnung, und suchen daher eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die genauso eingestellt ist!

Your new roommates would be Jakob (26, physics), Svenja (27,ethnology ), Paul (29, psychology) and Markus (33, physiotherapy).
We are a very funny flat, every now and then we cook together in the kitchen, barbecue on the balcony or drink one or two Meloni/beers. We also have a huge collection of games. But because we all work or study, you still have your privacy. All in all, we are a very open and uncomplicated flat, but we also attach importance to cleanliness and order, and are therefore looking for a new flatmate who has the same attitude!
