Biete hier mein Zimmer in einer 3er-WG an. Meldet euch sehr gerne bei Fragen oder Interesse :)
Das Zimmer ist 14qm und liegt im Hochparterre (1.OG).
Es hat zwei Fenster Richtung Osten mit Blick in den schönen begrünten Hof.
Das Zimmer geht mit der Übernahme von diesen Möbeln einher:
- Bett + Matratze (vor ½Jahr bei Ikea gekauft)
- großer Kleiderschrank (vor ½ Jahr bei Ikea gekauft)
- Schreibtisch (älter, kostenlos)
Da besonders Bett und Schrank wie neu sind, ist meine Preisvorstellung 250 VB.
- ruhige Lage am Feldrand
- Edeka 3 min Gehweg entfernt
- Die Uni ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (oder die 22er Straßenbahn zu Fuß)
- offenes Leichtathletik-Stadion direkt gegenüber (perfekt für Sportler)
- Fahrrad vorm Haus oder im Keller abstellbar
- Parkplätze für Bewohner vor dem Haus
- 2 nette Mitbewohner, studieren Geschichte (5. Semester) und Geographie (3. Semester), beide helfen gerne, wenn man etwas braucht.
- Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und eher auf Zweck ausgerichtet
- WG hat natürlich WLan, Waschmaschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.
- Auch praktisch am Zimmer sind die vielen Steckdosen (2 in jeder Ecke)
