The room is on the fourth floor of a Studierendenwerk dorm. It has a bed, a desk, a closet and two shelves, so everything you need. It also has a big window and a lot of natural light.

The room is located on the campus Neuenheimer Feld and as such perfect for science and medicine students. For anyone else there is also a bus stop "Studentenwohnheim" located right outside, which will take you to Bismarkplatz and Altstadt. A supermarket (Rewe and Aldi) is about 5 minutes away by bike.

My roomates are three very nice girls. We do not do a whole lot of stuff together, but the appartment life is very nice. There is a cleaning schedule, which will have to be followed. We have a big kitchen and two bathrooms (which is perfect for four people).

I am subletting my room during the semester break, 17.2-25.3 or so, but the dates are somewhat flexible. If you need a different time frame just ask me.
That means I would like to leave some of my stuff in the appartment (including for example some plants, but also all of my dishes, pots etc) and I would appreciate someone to take good care of this stuff .

Since it is a female only appartment, I will only rent to girls.
