Das gemütliche Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Schrank und Regalen, aus denen meine persönlichen Sachen noch ausgeräumt werden. Das Fenster liegt an der Sonnenseite und wird bei gutem Wetter lange von der Sonne durchleuchtet. Es liegt Teppichboden und meine Pflanzen kann ich entweder für die zwei Monaten angeben oder ich lasse sie stehen und du kümmerst dich um sie, das kannst du entscheiden. :)
The cozy room is furnished with a bed, a large desk, a wardrobe, and shelves, from which I will remove my personal belongings. The window faces the sunny side, allowing the room to be filled with sunlight for a long time when the weather is nice. The floor is carpeted, and as for my plants, you can either take them with you for the two months or leave them here and take care of them—it’s up to you. :)
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Meter von der Straßenbahn-Station „Kapellenweg“ entfernt und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß ungefähr 10 -15 Minuten entfernt und sehr nah ist auch die Pädagogische Hochschule. Mir gefällt die ruhige und familiäre Lage.
The apartment is just a few meters away from the “Kapellenweg” tram station and is located in a very quiet area. Shopping facilities are about a 10-15 minute walk away, and the Pedagogical University is also very close. I really enjoy the quiet and family-friendly location.
Meine sehr nette aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin ist eine italienische Studentin, die relativ häufig in der Uni oder der Bibliothek ist. Unsere Zimmer und die Küche sind im zweiten Stock. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit zwei Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, einem kleinen Ofen, Toaster, Spüle, einem Tisch mit drei Hochstühlen, Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten und vollständiger Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc.
Dieser Stock bzw. Teil der Wohnung befindet sich in der Wohnung der Vermieterin, mit der das Bad im ersten Stock geteilt wird. Sie ist eine 71 jährige selbstständige Physiotherapeutin, die ebenfalls sehr nett ist. Durch die Wohnungsaufteilung begegnet man ihr ab und zu im Treppenhaus, hat aber oben genug Privatsphäre.
My very kind and open-minded roommate is an Italian student who is relatively often at university or in the library. Our rooms and the kitchen are on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator, a small oven, a toaster, a sink, a table with three high chairs, storage space, and a full set of dishes and utensils.
This floor, or part of the apartment, is located within the landlady’s apartment, with whom the bathroom on the first floor is shared. She is a 71-year-old self-employed physiotherapist who is also very kind. Due to the layout of the apartment, you occasionally meet her in the staircase but still have plenty of privacy upstairs.
Das Haus hat einen Garten, der der Vermieterin gehört. Außerdem gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und im Keller eine Waschmaschine, die von den drei Personen im Haus genutzt wird.
The house has a garden that belongs to the landlady. Additionally, there are storage facilities for bicycles and a washing machine in the basement, which is used by the three people living in the house.
